Established shop in Wigan in 2012, became a limited company in 2014. Microsoft Registered refurbisher, now TPR registered. Devices are licensed; Windows 11 on qualified hardware only , Linux Mint on older machines. Refurbished devices have new memory modules and hard disks fitted and new windows digital license injected. New PCs built to spec with warranties and Windows 11 supplied with recovery media and coa affixed to the device. Repairs carried out on laptops and PCs with excellent reputation. computer went off. totally dead. took it into Phils. was ready the next day.
a friend of mine recommended Phil for repairs, after being let down and expensive repairs previously.
have taken numerous items to his shop, laptops, printers, and desk computers. absolutely brilliant service from him.
he does what it says on the tin. best ever.

Fantastic service from Software…
Fantastic service from Software Solutions Wigan. My laptop decided to completely fail shortly after updating to Windows 11. They took my laptop quickly and went above and beyond in resolving my issue. Quick service and fantastic price and also kept my fully up to date. I would recommend Software Solutions Wigan to anyone who needs tech assistance and I will definitely know where to go if any future problems arise.

78 year old having trouble with windows 11
Had occasion to call in today. I had no idea what I had done to Windows 11. Couldn’t access the internet, the screen wasn’t as it usually looked - a quick visit and I was sorted out in five minutes.

Laptop Hero
I've been taking our laptop issues to Phil for the past few years and he's been amazing. He gives 110% to get you the best and most affordable solution. We have three laptops in the family and over the years I've had a smashed screen, a noisy fan, software and storage issues and he's been awesome. I ended up buying a reconditioned laptop from him and it's been the best one we've had- much better than the new ones we bought. Would definitely recommend.

Frozen mouse pointer.
The mouse pointer on my PC was frozen. I rang Phil, and he told me he was very busy, so he advised me over the phone what to do to fix the problem. I did as he asked and the pointer is now working. Many thanks.

Going the extra mile
Phil was very good at explaining to me why I couldn't do what I thought was possible. I learnt a lot from him in my visit to his shop and the emails he took the trouble to send to me. He wouldn't let me pay him for his time. You don't get many people being so helpful without wanting reward. He will be my go to shop from now on.

I bought a laptop for my wife a week ago from Software Solutions as her old one was playing up. The service I got from Phil was second to none in helping my wife to choose the best one for her. I was recommended to use this company about 4 years ago by my nephew, and I can honestly say Phil will go out of his way to help you out with any problem you you may have. Highly Recommended.

I've been using software solutions for past 8 years.
Any hardware issues I've had or systems needing repairing have all be done to the highest of standard.
I simply wouldn't go anywhere else
