Key activated on another device
after i paid i didn't get an email with the code but i was redirected to a page with the key for my Windows 11 Pro at first i thought i worked.
but i have just entered the key in my newly build windows 11 pro pc and says its already activated on another device.
on the contact page i cant see a phone number or a chat window so i sent a mail to info-softwarelicense4u but no response as of yet.
i truly hope this gets resolved, this site was recommended by a friend of mine it worked for them.
Edit: using the phone activation method and saying i recalling (took 6 tries) to get them to ask for product ID dont use SMS try audio, if done correctly it worked for me! so i can hardly say it was a great experience but it works and is saved about a 220 bucks this way but gained a few grey hairs in the procces i wish goodluck to anybody on this journey and dont give up on the phone lady shes nice ;)

It looks like this is a repeating experience. Paid for Windows 11 OS key only for it to have already been activated. Emailed them and received nothing. No easy method to chase up for an explanation either. They use to have a chat function which has also been removed from their site.

Purchased MS Office 2021 Pro Plus. Key was sent by email. Product installed but key failed to be activated by Microsoft. Contacted Info as well as their support by email. They have NOT responded at all.
My $70 down the drain???

I was given a Product Code that had been used. Microsoft said this code has no activations left. Microsoft would NOT activate Office 2019 Pro+ that I paid $69.99 to Software4U. I was scammed, I tried to reach them but no luck. People beware this is a Fraudulent company. I just lost $70.00 plus over an hour trying to reach Softwareservice4U. They are ROTTEN.

Ik heb verschillende keren hier wat gekocht maar de activatie codes worden niet geaccepteerd. Als ik vraag hoe ik de software moet downloaden krijg ik nooit een antwoord. Het is de vraag of er überhaupt iemand bij deze organisatie werkt. Ik kan met de huidige ervaringen alleen iedereen maar aanraden er n ooit iets te kopen. Ik hoop dat deze mededeling ons iets verder brengt.

Company used to be good, but their licenses are not genuine/do not activate, and nobody responds to email or their chat support even after weeks of attempts.

I purchased 2 office licenses and they sent bad licenses, Cannot activate. No support. Will have to report to BBB and credit fraud.

I received an email from SoftwareLicense4U offering a 30% discount. I went to their website and found the product I wanted, Office 2019 Professional Plus for £29.99. It sounded good, with discount Office 2019 Pro for £20. Before purchasing, I did a search for the company, and found their reviews on Trustpilot. Oh dear, oh dear! Almost every review since June 2022 has been rated as 1-star. Prior to that date they had pretty consistent 5-star ratings. One particularly illuminating review reads: "It seems the company was first located in the Netherlands but faced bankruptcy in 11-2022. The company now is located on Curacao and this is also mentioned in the curators report (in Dutch). Search for 13_ams_22_195_F_V_02 in Google."

It appears that the original company was registered as Smartphonia BV, trading as SoftwareLicense4U. In the referenced link, there is a Bankruptcy report for Smartphonia BV. On their current website their contact details are: J&W SoftwareManagement BV, Kaya WFG (Jombi) Mensing 36, Curaçao. Section 1.2 of the bankruptcy report, translated from the Dutch, reads (excuse the quality of the English, it was a software translation): "At the start of the bankruptcy, the director of Smartphonia liquidator informed that Smartphonia is involved in proceedings against Microsoft Corporation. On 11 May 2022, the District Court of The Hague handed down its judgement in these proceedings, in which Smartphonia (inter alia) was sentenced to payment of an amount of EUR 750,000,-, as an advance, to Microsoft Corporation. The time limit for appealing against the judgement of 11 May 2022 had already expired on the date of bankruptcy. In addition, the curator is now known that Smartphonia has also been used by Microsoft. Corporation is involved in a procedure in Curaçao. In this procedure, judgement delivered on 17 October 2022 (i.e. after the date of bankruptcy) by the Court of First Instance of Curaçao. This judgement shows that Smartphonia sold and delivered an apartment right to J&W Softwaremanagement Vastgoed B.V., a company that is affiliated to Raadschelders Senior. The Court of First Instance of Curaçao held that the contract of sale, the delivery and the transfer of the apartment rights are null and void, on the basis of Article 3:40 of the Dutch Civil Code. the parties involved have not (yet) implemented the consequences of the verdict." Now, section 9.2 of the bankruptcy report translates from Dutch to: "In the first proceeding, Microsoft Corporation (succinctly put) damages for infringing its copyright. The On 11 May 2022, the District Court of The Hague delivered a judgement, whereby the claims of Microsoft Corporation have been granted. By date bankruptcy had already expired the deadline for appealing. In the second proceeding, Microsoft Corporation seeks annulment of the purchase and delivery of an apartment right from Smartphonia to J&W Softwaremanagement Vastgoed B.V. On 17 October 2022, the General Court at first instance of Curaçao the claims of Microsoft Corporation Assigned. The receiver examines the consequences of the judgement." In other words, SoftwareLicense4U no longer has the right to sell Microsoft licences. This proves that the current offerings of SoftwareLicense4U are a scam. Avoid SoftwareLicense4U at all costs - I know I will!!!

Bought a software activation key, Microsoft refused it.
Requested help via chat on web site and via email. No response to either.
One week later, still no response.

Have purchased from them many times in the past. Now code for MS Office 2016 will not work & support will not respond to chat or email messages. Completely ghosted.

Apparently, the only way to get a response from these people is to give them a poor rating.
I've purchased from them many times without any issue, but this time, I purchased an Office 2016 Pro Plus key that would not activate via online or phone. The phone activation is normally fail-safe, but Microsoft hung up after inputting the activation ID produced with the key.
I've been emailing and sending chat requests for over 2 weeks now: radio silence; unacceptable

na het installeren van een 2de server code niet juist, blijkt het een code voor een standaard server te zijn ipv een datacenter.
Vanaf dat moment gemaild en gechat, maar een reactie ho maar erg slecht.
Was vroeger tevreden, maar dit is gewoon niet leuk meer.
Zal het ook niemand op dit moment aanraden om daar iets te kopen

The provided license code is not valid for activation of MS Office. After 8 days, still no support reply to my many requests through e-mail & chatbox for a valid license. Previous experience in 2020 was better: the third provided license code did active the software.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my recent purchase from this seller. I ordered a software license key and haven't received it despite weeks passing. What's worse, my attempts to contact the seller via email have been completely ignored.

This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product I paid for is beyond frustrating. It's left me questioning the legitimacy of the entire transaction. I strongly advise against purchasing from [Seller Name] as their customer service is nonexistent, and there's a serious concern about their credibility.

In short, this experience has been a complete letdown. Avoid this seller at all costs and save yourself the hassle and disappointment.
