Was vroeger een goede club waar ik meerdere malen licenties kocht. Op mijn aanraden kocht mijn vrouw een MS Office licentie bij hen. De andere slechte reviews zijn blijkbaar op dit moment standaard bij softwarelicense4U: code werkt niet, support reageert nergens op, niet bereikbaar. Geld kwijt.

This company is a scam. Do not buy anything!

I have been a loyal customer for many years, buying MS operating systems and Office for myself and business. This time the Office21 licence I purchased was invalid, rejected twice by Microsoft. I have raised two cases with this supplier and been given case numbers, (#298 and #332). The company sends out automated acknowledgments but does not respond to webmail from their own website, emails or even Facebook messenger. The customer service they flaunt is non existent. I have been defrauded and ignored. I am not happy. I am in the process of reporting the company to Which? and Trading Standards.

Vanwege goede ervaringen uit het verleden hier een licentie voor Windows 10 gekocht. Echter een key is nooit verstuurd. De chat robot laat je in een kringetje rondlopen en op e-mail wordt niet gereageerd. Ik zie hier nu pas dat Softwarelicense4U niet meer de toko is van enkele jaren geleden maar nu een scammerbende is. Kortom: naar je geld kun je fluiten. Het moraal van dit verrhal is voortaan toch maar eerst op trustpilot kijken hoe een bedrijf presteert.

Ik hen een office gekocht, maar krijg ik mail met download link niet. Paar keer mail verstuurd maar niks.

I purchased a W11pro licence and paid. No reaction. No reaction on the chatbot. No reaction to my mails. Nothing.

License key ontvangen op 15 oktober 2024. De code is niet geldig. Dagelijks een bericht gestuurd maar op geen enkel bericht een reactie ontvangen. Ik blijf vragen om een geldige key of mijn geld terug.
Mijn laatste verzoek is vandaag 4 november 2024 verstuurd
Ik ben bang dat ik ben opgelicht.

I also have had issues:
* duplicated order / payment and no refund
* purchased Server software and received no download
* when I did manage to contact them, the thread of communication just stopped
* yes, they used to be a great company to buy software from a few years ago but now...
* if they were interested in repeat customers and recommendations, and need to translate messages, why can't they get someone to help?
* the flag on suspect website Trustpilot listing is very worrying
*if anyone is in Curacao, please look them up!

Quick delivering keys. Impossible to get in contact with in case of trouble. Windows 11 Pro key not working (order 29373). Office 2016 Pro Plus (order 16716) not available for download.

Oh, and gues what? Their "support@" email address returns any message with the comment:
"For Sales or Support Questions please use the contact widget on our website. Support questions to this email will not be received."

Very disappointed, they used to work well a couple of years ago.

1 week geleden Office 2021 gekocht, foutcode van Microsoft 0xC004C060 tijdens installatie, licentie niet meer geldig. Dus ik heb € 53,00 verspild. Geen reactie van het bedrijf, zelfs niet na twee keer een verzoek te hebben verzonden. Was vroeger een goed bedrijf, maar nu. Dus niets kopen hier.

Oplichting! Sturen license key die niet werkt en antwoorden niet op mail of chat!

I've had the same experience as a previous post. Purchased OFFICE 2019 PROFESSIONAL PLUS PROMO in May and never received link to the download. I tried chatting with them, emailing them and got no response! I finally put in a bad review on their website and was sent a download link. I installed the software and then found out that the activation key, that they sent me months ago, was already used! I get no response to several emails or to their chat link.

Stay Clear of these people!!!! Waste of Money!!!!!!

Code gekocht voor Microsoft office op 10-05-2023. Naar precies 1 maand was mijn code al niet meer geldig. Direct een mail gestuurd naar het info adres van het bedrijf. Geen reactie. Daarna nog 3 mails gestuurd. Nooit geen reactie ontvangen.

Ik heb dus een code gekocht en betaald die naar 1 maand al niet meer geldig was. Nooit geen reactie ontvangen op mijn mails.

Exact same experience as a previous post. Purchased 2016 OFFICE 2016 PROFESSIONAL PLUS RETAIL MULTI LANGUAGE LICENSE + DOWNLOAD and was sent an expired key with no link to the download. No response to several emails or to their chat link.

Softwaresleutels / productkeys werken niet.
Niemand te bereiken bij dit bedrijf.
Er wordt NIET gereageerd op Emails.

Used them in the past. Always worked great. Now can't get a response from customer support. I recommend avoiding them at all costs.

I purchased a Office 2021 Professional Plus license, but I could not activate the software, not via internet, neither via phone. I got the error code that the key that i got, was already in use.
I sent 3 emails to softwarelicense4u without any response, so basically, this is a scam.

In case you read it, it was order 28150.

I purchased a Server 2019 Datacenter license key and the key will not activate. I have reached out to them multiple times over the past 4 weeks. Support ticket, live chat (which isn't live and have got no chat), emailed them and even found a link to calendly and made an appointment. I followed the directions in the Calendly email and there has been nothing but dead silence. I will never purchase anything from them again, plus am out almost $200 for the license key that won't work.

Really horrible experience. I have purchased Microsoft Office 2013 back in 2018 via their webpage with a lifelong license. Now that I am changing my computers I wanted to download the software again, but the link doesn't work anymore. The support does not answer any of my emails although I have been asking multiple times. Total waste of money, don't bother.

no confirmation, no product, no return email, no phone listed, total scam ..need to shut this company down for good.
