I mean what can i say, i recieved the colors i requested , why didnt anyone tell me how ugly they are! I mean literally look like you are wearing it inside out!!! The feel is definitly not as soft as other companies!!

This company has owed me a refund for nearly 4 years for 2 orders totalling about $150.

They have completely ghosted me and haven't responded to me in years now.

We need to start a class action lawsuit against soft serve.

I feel stupid... I got caught up in how cute they look, but I should have read real reviews first. I got a conformation, they took my money, and that was it.

No shirt, no contact. When you try to contact them, you get an email saying they aren't working on the weekends, but they are open Monday through Friday. (It's Friday.)

It's a scam

I bought hoodies from them and none of them fit. I have contacted them and have received no info on where to return the items.I now have three hoodies that are too small and I want my money back. Everything I ordered is too small. Again, I would not give them one star if I didn't have to.

They had a promotion when you buy two items, you get a mystery hoodie with you order. I bought two items, a sweat pants and a hoodie. The clothes seem they run small. You may want to size up, if you shop with them. I email them about my mystery hoodie which should have been a freebie on their behalf. I email them three times and no respond. All you get is emails filling in your inbox with promotions and selling their items. No respond about the issue with my order. It has not been resolved. I am disappointed. I will block their email and not buy from them again. BEWARE.

Like many others on here, if I could give zero stars I would. I purchased sweatshirts several times from them and didn’t have a problem. Then in January of 2021 I ordered again. One sweatshirt was delivered, the other one was on backorder. As of today, July 24, 2026, I have still not received my other sweatshirt. They offered me credit to put towards another item but I would have to pay the difference and shipping. I should not have to pay more and pay for shipping when I have already fulfilled my end of the obligation. I have asked repeatedly for them to just send me the sweatshirt and they refuse. They have now rescinded their credit offer and said it expired. All they had to do was send me a sweatshirt and this would’ve been over and done with. They have prolonged this ordeal.

If I could give negative stars, I would. After over 2 years of trying to get my money back for unfulfilled orders, this stupid company started emailing me promoting sales again. I've literally sent almost a hundred emails, some answered, most not. My first order was great.... causing me to place maybe 6 more consecutive orders...which never came and never got reimbursed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!
Btw ..this is from 2022 and I have never stopped trying to get my money back.

Ordered in Sept 2022, never received product. Strung me along til it was too late to do a charge back and thrn stopped answering my emails. Scammers. Do not order from them.

I did get what I ordered in a timely manner. However, it’s literally a normal cheap hoodie that’s inside out. Like the fleece is on the outside and the knit on the inside. Had to check the tag to make sure I wasn’t tripping. Sucks that the part touching your skin isn’t soft… thought about wearing it inside out and realized I just made normal hoodie. lol. Waste of money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Warning they are a disgrace, brought and paid for 2 tops which have never been received. Was given all the promises under the sun, lies lies lies. I have ordered with the company two times - the first I was not happy with my purchases and did a return and service was fine. The 2nd time I ordered with gift cards from the first purchase, but it was never shipped I emailed and emailed repeatedly at first being told it was supply chain issues. THEN just completely ghosted. This was in April of 2023. They literally just stopped responding to me about the order. I had to let it go because they never replied to me and then recently, I started receiving SALES emails from them again. Whenever I get an email from them, I reply to their so-called customer service email and then crickets. Terrible experience!

This company is a scam. I ordered a sweatshirt and received it in a reasonable time, but it's poor quality and doesn't fit. I'm trying to return it but you have to contact them to get the return approval. The only way to contact them is through email. I've emailed them multiple times and they won't respond. Their website says they accept returns within 30 days but I'm guessing I won't hear back from them within that 30 day timeline.

I’ve emailed them 5 times. They’ve never answered. I only received 3 out of my 4 items I ordered. They don’t have a phone number to call. I’ve looked everywhere for it.

The customer service is non-responsive. I have purchased more than a dozen items over the last couple of years and didn't have significant issues until recently. I received a message with the offer of a free blanket with purchase of a sweatshirt; my daughter's birthday was approaching, so I bought one. I got a delivery notification, which did not include the blanket, and there has been no delivery. I've sent four emails over the last four days, and have gotten no response. The order was placed on September 18, 2025, delivery notification on September 22, 2025. I'm incredibly disappointed, and will not make another purchase.

Never received order nor refund from 2023. In the responses to my first emails I sent regarding my hoodie, I was told several lies of why it had not shipped and given false ship dates. After a year they stopped responding at all. Now they are sending ads to my email BUT still do not respond to my emails regarding my 2023 order. I def would not recommend doing business with this scam company.

Almost 3 years later, never received merchandise. Purchased $150 in met h in December 2022 … countless “sorry for the delay, we are working with our vendors to catch up” emails with zero accountability. Almost 2 years after purchase, requested a refund that I was promised u would have in September of 2024. They began ghosting me and still no refund. Recently started sending me solicitation emails and texts that I have a $32 credit. I want my $150 back, not an empty credit for merch I’ll never receive.

I've been waiting on my order for nearly 3 years now. Haven't been able to get a refund - for some reason - and they keep ghosting me when I email...

Placed an order over TWO years ago. After many promises from the company that it would ship soon they started ghosting me entirely. I assumed they were going out of business soon but they actually have the nerve to start emailing me advertisements again, trying to get me to make another purchase! This goes to show that this isn't just a down-on-their-luck company badly affected by post-pandemic issues. They are a complete scam.

It's going on two years now and no refund or merchandise. I well remember what I was due and ordered, and today I get an email telling me I have a credit of nearly $33 that will expire at midnight. Of course EVEN if I were to order, I would still be spending AGAIN with this company that has not delivered. Originally it was a great company and I have many of their items which I totally and still enjoy. But they are a nightmare if they even still exist as a company and not just a scam.

I have bought clothing from this company in the past. Nice clothing, but I needed no additional customer service. This time for a Mother's Day purchase I needed to make a simple exchange. I have tried multiple times (at least 4 times) to have customer service respond with exchange arrangements. Each time they acknowledge message received and will respond in 1-2 business days. No response. Soon it will be two months of no REAL response. This is really upsetting and should not have happened. I will not order from them again and will recommend the same to my friends.
