I placed 2 orders in Oct 2025. Received an email confirming posting of 1 order. No posting confirmation for 2nd order.
1st order received - a vinyl record that I did not order instead of an autographed book. No acknowledgement whatsoever of the follow-up emails I sent to their 3 email addresses.
2nd order - nothing received. It took until Feb 2026 to receive a response stating that they the 'tracking is inconclusive so we will claim back from Royal Mail'. They said that they would pay a refund for one item and would resend a 6CD boxset. Over 8 weeks later neither received.
They are now ignoring my emails.
Total spent 120GBP. Goods ordered not received.
Total scam.

I had limited edition vinyl sent to me in November 2025, the sleeve was unsealed and damaged and the vinyl badly scratched, I wrote to the email address on the receipt and it bounced straight back with a message to write to their support email, which I did, and for my trouble got an auto response to say they would only respond to my email if they felt it was 'appropriate' I've waited since last November with no response so I am guessing it wasn't!

2 orders out of 3 in the space of 6 months from this website were highly unsatisfactory. Customer Service is virtually non-existent. No phone number. All you get is auto replies confirming that you've sent them a message and then nothing else. They send out the wrong stuff or orders that are only part complete. Getting replacements or refunds out of them is like getting blood from a stone. Not a good experience.

Ordered 19th November 2025. No tracking number received. No goods arrived, order valued at £56.97

Originally told no books available at the moment.

Absolute scammers

Zero stars. 10 days after placing an order I emailed for a shipping update which I didn't get a response to.

14 days after placing the order I got a shipping notice. 3 days later an empty package arrived. I again emailed with pictures of the empty package which again went without a reply.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so PayPal refunded me after I opened a case which they also didn't respond to.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I won't order from them again

Ordered a CD with free Xmas Card but only received the Xmas card. Have emailed them repeatedly but only get an automated response saying the will get back to me within 3 working days.

Zero customer service.

Order #7034 in 2024: I got a damaged package. The store did not respond per mail. I opened a PayPal case. Then the store answered with: "We will send it to you again, but please shut down the PayPal case ...". When i answered via PayPal, that i will be fine with the solution, PayPal closed the case. I never heart anything from the store, again they did not answer per mail. They still owe me an unbended cover ...

A real disaster. The worst customer service. I've made and order almost three months ago and they never sent me the tracking number. The order was never received. They dont answer the emails but they take your money at the moment you make the order. DONT BUY NOTHING THERE, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

I ORDERED A USB-STICK WITH THE DIGITAL VERSION OF "TO SHOW I BEEN THERE" BOOKBUT WHEN I RECIVED MY ORDER I GOT I USB WITH NOTHING ON.

THEN I 28 DAYS TO REACT BEFORE IT`S TO LATE
I MAILED THEM BACK BUT ALL I GET A MAIL SAYS THAN WILL BE IN TORCH WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.WELL ONLY MAILED THEM 3 TIMES AND TIME IS RUNNING.

IT`S A PITY I GIVE ZERO STARS

Paid my monies, no items delivered, when you contact their help email address, you get no reply. I have reported this to my credit card Company and opened a case against them. Beware of this website, something isn't right. After leaving this review they contacted me. I am horrified by the way they spoke to me, told me why is it all about me me me, and that nobody died. Absolutely dreadful customer service. I will never recommend this site. You have been warned.
