The choice and selection was helpful at…
The choice and selection was helpful at the store and the staff were helpful, friendly, professional but not too pushy. The advice given about the finance and payment was incorrect and poor. Logging onto the account on the finance company's website is also poor and slow. You will pay a deposit and at least two monthly payments before you receive your furniture. If you make a large payment it reduces the length of your credit agreement not the monthly payments which was contrary to the advice given b6 the store.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you found the team in store helpful, friendly and professional while choosing your furniture. We’re sorry to hear about the confusion around the finance information. Payments on a finance agreement should only begin once your furniture has been delivered, so this doesn’t sound right and we’d like to look into it further for you. If you’re able to, please feel free to email us at social.media.complaints@sofology.co.uk with your review and order details and we can take a look into this for you.
