Friendly welcome on entering Teesside Park store. Ray introduced himself then gave us time to browse. His customer service was first class. We found the right sofas and happily placed an order with Ray.

Relaxing store to walk around
Relaxing store to walk around, no sales pressure just really good customer service. Ray sold us a sofa several years ago and we seen him again yesterday. Lovely man who was very thorough.

We had a brilliant experience with Tony when buying our new couch at Sofology. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the different sofa styles and fabrics. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us compare options, and made sure we felt confident in our choice.
What really stood out was how genuine and attentive he was — there was no pressure, just honest advice and great customer service. Thanks to Tony, we found exactly what we wanted, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.

Misold with a replica sofa
Ordered metropolitan leather sofa bed on arrival there had been soo many problems the sofa heads were all deflated and wrinkly and the quality of leather was just not the same as the one i viewed in the showroom, at the end i was told i will have to pay if i wanted the sofa to be repaired or replaced never buying a sofa from here again.

Really helpful
Was not presured when looking about saw what i liked on one visit and returned a week later and purchased my sofas. The lady who helped me was well informed about the products and delivery times.
