The guy we delt with was not pushy at all, very well spoken and let us choose at our own pace without pushing us into anything that we weren’t looking for.

Lots of sofas on display, helpful staff.

We were served by Phil, was not pushy and waited for us to ask for help. He spent a lot of time with us showing us every option available and even moved the sofas around to match our layout. Great service and great products, would highly recommend to others.

We felt the assistant we initially approached was not as helpful as we were drawn to the sofa as soon as we saw it but didn’t get any help, I then got the other assistant who was amazing, he was very helpful and answered all our queries. Honestly speaking we had seen the sofa the day before and just fell in love with it, even though we had other options, this one ticked every box. The sales lady was very warm and friendly as was the gentleman (apologies I cannot remember their names) we would definitely recommend Sofology.

Jay served us on Sunday 18th and was really helpful and went above and beyond to help us find our new sofa and footstool. He was very thorough being sure that we could find the suitable size along with the desired comfort

I went in to the store to order an additional sofa. The Nottingham store staff at the time (Matthew) went out of his way to locate the stock and style I needed. He gave me all the details I need to place the order. I returned to the store a couple of weeks later and Matthew was no in that day so his colleague Evie was also very helpful in placing my order.

We had a great experience at Giltbrook Sofology! Evie was extremely helpful and very friendly! We made a purchase on finance at it was very easy and overall a very good experience!

Mathew Davies the salesman was very attentive to our requirements and also knew the relevant details about the sofa we liked. I would buy another sofa from you solely based on his attitude

We visited all the furniture shops in the retail park (IKEA) Nottingham and found the chairs we wanted here. Friendly and helpful staff, explained the options and on out first visit, suggested we order some swatches rather than just trying to sell. Our second visit was to piurchase and again, good service. We havent got the items yet and will leave feedback for those separately.

Allowed to browse recliner chairs without any pressure from over attentive staff. .Assistance when we asked for it, was given quickly with a friendly demeanour.

Very helpful chap called Chris help answer questions about an In-stock sofa that had been reduced that I'd seen online. ordered it there and then. very happy with the deal.
