Helpful staff with no pressure sales
We were able to browse without being jumped on by a salesperson but they were quick to respond when we asked for their help. The salesperson was very helpful, guiding us through the available options that met our requirements, starting with the least expensive option.
We never felt hurried at any point and we're able to take our time until we settled on a sofa we were happy with.
We bought a sofa from here previously for another room and we were extremely happy with that so when it came time to replace our the sofa in our living room, this was our preferred store.

Automatic Reclining Sofa
I didn't feel comfortable with placing on order for my purchase of a new sofa online, so l caught the bus & went into the store, after going there 2 days before,& I'm so glad l did 😀 This was a very expensive purchase, so l didn't want to get my order wrong. When I 1st went to Sofology with my daughter, l was greeted by the lovely Dani 😃
She explained the interest free finance availability to me.
I then revisited the store on the 5th of March, & I was greeted with by the lovely Lini 😃
Lini also told me about insurance options for the sofa, which l happily went for 😊
Everything was done in the store. I left feeling & excited about the prospect of having the luxury sofa 😃 Thank you Dani & Lini 🤗

What can we say about the lad who served me and my partner he was amazing so friendly so helpful and knowledgeable. Jay what a character you are amazing credit to you he took us through every thing we was looking for and helped us find our forever sofa also gave us a discount due to the perks we got with the sofa what an absolute legend of a colleague massive credit to the team.
