Sofology - Nottingham Anmeldelser 

I had a sofa and footstool delivered today by Sofology. Superb delivery service. Polite men. Took their shoes off at the front door. Worked quickly. Got the delivery done without any problems.

No pressure from staff member. He was helpful and courteous throughout. Large range of sofas to choose from.

Staff were busy talking in store had to shout them to get attention, nearly left tbh , the young lady who served us was lovely -your staff need bit of guidance
Made 2 purchases but had no update since - which is disappointing as I’d like to know if our order is on track for planned delivery date thanks

Ordered my new sofa online after visiting a show room to see the sofa first. Staff very helpful but not at all pushy
Ordering process so easy and you had the choice to pay in full or instalments which I did then simply booked a delivery date which was actually 2 weeks before estimated time so all good

Daniel (sales assistant) was very helpful and patient. Showed various different sofas that fit my brief. Talked through various options. Made me feel very welcome.

I find it astonishing that delivery is charged for such expensive purchases.

I really do appreciate about the experience is the ability to roam free and have our own independence in the showrooms. In most retail sofa companies it's a push for purchase and follow-ups which really degrade the buying experience. I enjoyed looking and trying at all the products in store and end up deciding on buying something that was in store which I think is important to get a look in a feel for it compared to buying typically online. What could be improved I believe it would be a bit more homogenous staff skill and staff behaviour some were more relaxed some were more pushy and discrepancies explanation of my questions

I felt no pressure to buy on the previous four occasions I had visited the store just to be sure.
I was offered the option of further assistance if needed.
On the day of purchase I said to the sales assistant " I would like one of those please" and she said "ok let's sit here then and work out which options will suit you best"
I came away from the store with an approximate date for delivery and an account online to track the progress or change delivery date if required.

Great staff and Management the whole process was smooth and efficient.

No pressure from any staff to buy, they have no issues with you testing every bit of technology and are very informed and helpful. Everything is stress free and I left feeling very informed and content

Fantastic service from walking into the showroom to placing the order, I wasn’t rushed I was just given all the information I needed followed by an email to order.

Ordered my sofas ok, on my way home I realised we didn’t discuss feet. I rang up as soon as I was home to make sure these was changed in the 48 hours it stated I could change. I was told they would call back within 72 hours. No call. I called into the store after working away all week and was told too much time had passed. So am stuck with feet I didn’t want.

—————star. The guarantee is worth nothing. My last review suddenly disappeared! Are people aware that companies can pay to have negative reviews removed? I’m taking my complaint to the small claims court. This company should not be trading. They are misleading people and In my opinion should be wearing masks they are nothing more than highway robbers!!!

The store assistant ordered the shezlong on the wrong side, even though my wife told her that the shezlong had to be on the left hand side; she also pointed to the side which it was required. My wife phoned the store & had it changed, but we're still worried that Sofology will deliver the incorrect version. We will have to wait & see, we can do no more. If all is good, then I will be very happy to change this to a higher rating.

We found Lini very helpful.Nothing to much trouble.We had three visits,never felt pressured.When we finally made our decision,felt it was the right one.
Other staff looked after us too,giving us tea and biscuits while waiting for Lini.
All a credit to the company.

Great choice of sofas and helpful staff. There seemed to be a real focus in customer care- no hard sell. Lini at Nottingham was very helpful and patient and gave us clear information abut both the sofa and the after care.
