Highly recommend!!

Was made very welcomed, polite and friendly and very knowledgeable

The sales assist Hema was extremely helpful showing us all the sofas that fitted our requirements and demonstrating all the recliners functionality. We were show all the colour variants on the numerous sofas around the shop. All options were explained including warranty and care. Hema was extremely professional and polite without trying to force a sale upon us.

Fantastic customer service! We have been in today and placed an order for our new sofa and chair. We were served by Linda, Hem and also briefly spoke to another colleague earlier in the day whose name we didn’t catch. However, all 3 people that we spoke to or dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, kind and we weren’t rushed and we had all of our questions were answered. I was very excited to visit to sofology as I’d read lots of positive reviews and I was not disappointed. We are very happy with our experience so far and would definitely recommend MK Sofology to family and friends!

Had a fantastic experience today at Sofology Milton Keynes. Linda was a delight, she was polite, professional and not at all pushy. She allowed us time to browse without feeling like we were be followed everywhere.

She answered all our questions, and provided all the information we required whilst making our sofa decision.

During the purchase phase she was open and honest and we never felt pressured to purchase anything.
