Malik was amazing
Malik was amazing, sat down with us went through every detail we needed to know and more even told us we could have brought the dog as they are a dog friendly store. Such a great experience for us both, wasn’t pushy at all. Can’t wait to get out sofas

We visited Sofology 3 days in a row to place the order. Mathew was great, he helped us to choose the sofa we wanted. He was very friendly and very helpful. He also did the room designs with a few selected designs which helped us make the decision.

Great service so far.
The sales person Ray was very knowledgeable especially regarding looking after leather, he didn't rush us or push us into anything which we appreciated. Ray answered all our questions.

We had a fantastic experience…
We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new sofa from Sofology and can't recommend them enough.
Our sales assistant, Hema, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel relaxed from the moment we walked in. She explained all the details about the sofas exceptionally well and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Her excellent service gave us the confidence we needed to make our purchase.

nice relaxed and friendly service
Spent some good relaxed time choosing the sofas and had a nice friendly sales person who explained various options without "over-selling". Nice cup of tea as well!
