Sofology - Kirkcaldy Anmeldelser

Alison was so helpful at your Kirkcaldy store! She was knowledgable, patient and personable!

Helpful staff; pleasant and patient and ran the extra mile- thanks Alison:)

Excellent service, easy to talk to and made the whole sale go through with ease

Great customer service, sales person full of knowledge and listened to our needs. Nice selection of suites at really competitive prices. Would highly recommend. Our second purchase in 3 years as an add on to our current suite.

Blair was absolutely amazing in helping me and my partner purchase our first sofa. As it was all completely new to us, we were a bit unsure going in, but he made the entire experience feel so comfortable and easy from start to finish.

He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions with patience, and guided us without ever making us feel pressured. His knowledge and friendly approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful decision into something genuinely enjoyable.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would massively recommend Blair to anyone looking for help.

No pressure from the salesman to complete the purchase. Patient and helpful, giving good advice, while listening to our requirements. Would recommend!

Very helpful in the kirkcaldy store helped with all the options I needed

Alison sold me my sofa today. She was lovely and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to see the sofas in my living room!

Great experience with Lawrence at sofology in kirkcaldy, got exactly what we wanted and took no rush :)

The young girl who served us was very professional and nice. She helped us with our choices and understood what we wanted.

We were left for a short while to look around, which I like. Hate being pounced on as soon as you walk in the door. Once we looked around and found something I tried and liked we were shown other recliners similar to what I was looking for. Eventually decided on my original choice as it was extremely comfortable , the salesman took us through all the paperwork also extras we could have eg extended warranty. Very pleasant and very helpful. Decided to buy two chairs.

Great service.

Was a nice woman that helped us a few times with my daughters purchase so nice .

Had to make changes to our order. Dealt with in a quick and easy way.

Good customer engagement

The showroom in Kirkcaldy is amazing but so much choice can be daunting, Fortunately we had Daniela's expert guidance and advice during our visit, which helped us choose the right sofa for us. Would highly recommend.

Lawrence served us and was knowledgeable about the products, allowed us to take our time selecting the right fabric choice and colour, he also talked us through the additional insurance and benefits, he even made me coffee.

Sales person was a great help nothing was a problem to him

Great service at Kirkcaldy store.
Crucially I was permitted time to browse without being hounded by sales person on my tail (something I value when shopping)
After the first explaining what I was looking for lovely female sales person made me a coffee and encouraged me to sit as long as I wanted to get feel for settee.
This relaxed non pressured approach definitely sealed the deal and allowed me the much needed time (and space) to commit to purchase. Something other stores could learn from.
