Definitely the place to go
We had seen the Cove a couple of months back but weren't ready to order.
We had been in the other furniture stores but nothing compared to the Cove. We went back and was greeted by Charlotte. Warm and welcoming and really helpful with us making the final decision on colour choice and layout of the sofa. Explained all the clearly aftercare and the extras available.

Great experience
I'm not sure i can answer What the company is doing great. All I can say is the staff where very helpful and patient with us, as we had 3 visits to the store before we made our mind up ..
We measured the sofa and then went away and measured our room again, You could not fault the staff xx

Our delivery service is carried out by a two-person experienced team who will deliver your items into the room of your choice, unpackage everything, remove all packaging, and ensure you are completely happy with your purchase before leaving. The delivery charge reflects not just transportation, but a full in-home setup, care, and expertise to make the process effortless and safe for you. While we appreciate it can feel like an additional cost, it essentially covers a professional service in itself. We value your feedback and hope this helps clarify the reasoning behind our delivery pricing!
