1st time in store and what a amazing experience thank you for leaving us alone to view your stock without the customery harassment from let's not name other stores . When we did ask questions we had a wonderful lady that gave us all the help and knowledge for all your sofas a wonderful pleasant experience that did lead to a sale not me walking out like the other stores .

After waiting patiently for 10 weeks for our sofa to arrive what was delivered in no way resembled the sofa we chose in the show room.
We complained immediately and were told we had to "give it time to settle" we have followed every step of the complaints procedure only to be fobbed off and lied to.
The quality of the sofa is appalling, It is not what we ordered.
Sofology are no longer a quality company, the goods sold are substandard and cheap.
Adding insult to injury Sofology responding on Trustpilot so people are conned into thinking they're actually doing something about our complaint, yet another tactic and not worth the stress, it's now in the hands of our solicitors not an ombudsman working on behalf of Sofology!!

It was great to have a browse around then when we were ready the sales assistant answered my questions. Once I had found the sofa I wanted the salesman was very good, the paperwork was done promptly.

The young lady called Nic that helped us pick our new furniture was so nice and very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were given time and space in the store to look around without feeling pressured.
We had been to quite a few other sofa providers but nothing had caught our eye, but Sofology had a really nice range.
After spotting the sofa we really liked, we asked the assistant a few questions and were given advice and information about the manufacture and delivery.
We visited a couple of times just to make sure dimension were correct and placed an order in store. Delivery was advised to be 12 weeks which was fine with us, but it actually was ready in 10. We paid the balance and booked delivery on line very easily.
Delivery and installation was spot on, can't fault it.
