The sales lady Mariana is great
The sales lady called Mariana made the sofa buying experience magical. She is brilliant at her job, totally excellent and a pleasure to deal with from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we completed the paperwork the next day. She has given me confidence that I will continue to enjoy my relationship with Sofology.

Jimmy was amazing
As soon as we entered the store Jimmy greeted us and asked us what sort of style/design we wanted. He then took the time to show us through all of the options. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. Once we decided on our sofa he made sure we were happy with all of the accessories and talked us through it all. Very glad Jimmy was the one who attended to us.

Brilliant customer service at Sofology Brent Cross
We visited Sofology Brent Cross today and purchased a Heston recliner. From the moment we walked in, Raza was welcoming, informative, and friendly. He took the time to explain our options without any pressure and made the whole experience smooth and delightful. Really impressed with the customer service – thank you, Raza!

Assured the sofa would fit no matter…
Assured the sofa would fit no matter what (removed legs, break into parts, take through window). Lost full deposit when it turned out that wouldn’t be possible. Huge let down at 20% of sofa cost.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy Jane, it is impossible for us to say for sure if an item will fit into a customers property or not. It is always down to the customer to measure up and ensure that it will fit.
Incredibly comfortable sofa, classic design
Sofology clinched it for me because they have classic styles amongst all the bling which is fine but not my thing, even more importantly the one I chose (Hackney 4 seater sofa with memory foam)) is incredibly comfortable (so end up sleeping on it sometimes).
Plus they offer an interest free finance option which I chose over 2 years.

Vast selection of sofas at every price range and styles not available at other furniture shops. Sales staff Junaid is very helpful and friendly. Had good knowledge on the sofas we chose and went clearly through the finance procedure

Lovely staff.
Raza talked us through all the options available to us, why they would benefit us and discussed our concerns in detail. He helped us decide what would work best for our family and our home. He was super friendly from the moment we walked into the store. Thank you Raza!

Review of buying experience
The staff at Brent Cross took tine to help us match the sofa fabric and colour with the paint and carpet sample we had, and helped us choose the correct sofas to suit our room. At no time did we feel under pressure to buy, and there was no hard sell from the staff.
