Great experience buying a sofa set from middlebrook. Nosheen was informative and not overbearing at all. Enjoyed the process and left feeling very confident in decision.

Friendly and helpful

Having visited countless sofa sales shops we felt Sofology had some really good quality choices at a competitive price. We were served by a lady named Noshine who was so friendly helpful. Noshine also had really good product knowledge and gave us very helpful advice. Would not hesitate to recommend, thank you so much for your help

Hi all, I’m writing this review 12 weeks after purchasing my sofa. I have still not received it and no update as to when it’s coming! The most annoying part is they “guaranteed” it me for Christmas which is a big reason in me paying so much money. I couldn’t ask family to come round when I only had 2 camping chairs for me and my girlfriend. It ruined our festive period. I’ve been on the phone 2 times since then but every time I try to speak to their shockingly bad customer service team I get pushed off and told I’ll get a phone call back in 1-5 days which both times hasn’t happened. I urge you to think about buying a sofa from this company as my experience with them has been a horrible one with still no solution.

I don’t like being advised during the end of the purchase process about the non refundable policy it’s disingenuous. Having to read the terms and conditions on my mobile phone is not acceptable and this was hurriedly completed with no time to make consideration to the details.

Went into store we went to the regency sofa once we were ready a gentleman called Ash showed us the sofa in detail

We have used this store in Bolton several times in the past so we know the quality of the furniture is good. What makes the difference is that the staff are knowledgeable and approachable but don’t follow you around the shop giving you all the time you need to decide what you want. Many thanks to Nicola who was very friendly and helpful.

Great customer care from Ash, he gave us the space and time needed to decide on things, He wasn’t to pushy or in our face. Very friendly also.

We were greeted by Megan when we entered the Sofology shop in Bolton. She was professional, clear, and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. She listened carefully to our needs and, without any pressure, recommended several suitable options for us to consider. As a result, we purchased a lovely suite and are very much looking forward to receiving it in April.

Excellent service, allowed to walk around and take a good look at all sofas, all questions answered. Enjoyed the cuppa and biscuits. All and a very pleasant experience, and yes we bought our sofa! Thank you Kelly

They are brilliant friendly staff , but I have chose the wrong one , it’s my fault no 1 else’s , oooh I love the txt I received , saying it’s time to wipe over my sofa ,with the spray I bought , lolol.
