Outstanding Service!
My experience with Sofex Algorithms has been very positive. Their featured trading script produces exceptional equity curves while backtesting, and while auto-trading, the results are virtually equal to the backtest after taking into account fees & slippage. There are no 'repainting' of signals.
The customer service and professionalism is outstanding. Their team are always there to help or answer any questions. They occasionally hold live streams showing how they optimize their algorithms. (I've been told they have more on the way).
I can only see this platform get better and better.

User friendly algorithm, and great customer service
Great user experience, amazing customer service from Sofex.
As a user especially if you are not familiar with all the algorithms and functionality of the service they are provindg, Sofex team are there to help you and guide you step by step, and they are great support, and will reach out to their clients and check whether if everything is going good or bad, or if there is any suggestion to improve. Great customer service.
When it comes to the algorithms itself. It's very safe and user friendly, the BTC/ETH market as you may know it's very unpredictable, but Sofex Algorithms is there to safe guard and help to reduce your loses, and help increase your profits.
There's also a way to back test the algorithms and see how it handled the historic data.
You also have the basic stop loss function which prevent users from losing on some trades, and take profit functionality when the algorithms believes its time to take your profits.
I also believe there was a trailing stop functionality there, but i never got the chance to test it properly.
You also have a certain amount of inputs to tweak the algorithm itself so it can behave more according to your wish. All of these things can also work by the default settings.
The next amazing thing is that the algorithms can do all the tradings automated without you as the client have to do anything.
Overall I am satisfied with my personal user experience with Sofex Algorithms.
