I LOVE my beautiful new sofa. Fantastic quality craftsmanship and looks something that cost three times as much. And the customer service was first rate. If more companies were run like the Sofa Company the world would be a better place ! Have already recommended them to several friends.

Very pleased with our new sofa. The leather material is of a good quality and the finish is excellent. It is very comfortable to sit on and looks good with the rest of our furnishings.
On placing the online order we were immediately contacted by customer service, by phone, to confirm the details and it was delivered within the 7 - 10 working days timescale.
Would highly recommend the Sofa company.

Terrible experience
Now.. its been a while since I purchased this sofa . Lost a dear friend .and aint been very well . Anyway I purchased a 2 seater recliner sofa (cheap and poorly manufactured) From this company in August.6th . Cut a long story very short ! The sofa wasn't good enough for nearly £600 longevity was an issue for me . On the day of 6th August. When it was delivered I rang the company up and told them I didn't like it .not good enough for the price ...all I got was attitude. Once they got your money . If you buy a sofa .and want to send it back .you have to pay for a van to return it back to them . ( I'm a disabled man .I had to get a 2 seater back in the box. Which the delivery drivers totally destroyed the box) I used ANYVAN company they was terrible.... which was one of there recommendations ' they damaged the sofa on return .so the sofa company DY10 4DX .the reason I put the post code in . Cus there's alot of sofa company's on Internet...so I lost £170 to sofa company which they kept only gave me £380 back . I paid anyvan £60 to anyvan. SO in total I lost £230 just because I didn't like the sofa . No help from sofa company or anyvan. saved for months so I lost alot of money ... terrible experience with this company... never again..do your research. They haven't got a showroom as they claim .its a warehouse...please do your research. Terrible company..I want to put the individual name of the manager. But I won't.... they are based in KIDDERMINSTER... please do you research if you decide to purchase from this sofa company...

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your recent experience.
We understand that the recliner you ordered wasn't suitable for your needs, and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused. We did discuss alternative options with you at the time, but ultimately you decided to return the item.
Unfortunately, the courier you chose to return the recliner damaged it in transit. This meant that the item was returned to us in an unsaleable condition and, as a result, a deduction had to be made from your refund in line with our Terms and Conditions. We did provide you with photographs of the damage to assist with any claim you might wish to make against the courier.
For clarity, we use a third-party warehouse for our stock, which is located in the Midlands. The full address and returns information were provided to you at the time of your request.
We aim to provide clear information to all our customers and do not claim to have a showroom.
We are sorry that the outcome was not what you had hoped for and appreciate your feedback.
