Refused to even give me a quote because of a minor claim on my current policy. Even at a higher premium. So I'm not surprised to find other reviews here saying they refuse to pay out claims. This isn't an insurance company, it's a business of taking your money with no intention of paying out if you need it.
Looks like that small claim on my previous policy saved me from this nonsense business.

I've bought travel insurance from them multiple times, never again. I wouldn't touch any of their insurance products knowing what I know now.
