Broke after one year, customer service terrible, whispering the whole call, got me to email video of the machine, serial number after half an hour he tells me he can do nothing. 20 a week for gas and the machine cost 80. Not happy Jan

Contacted Sodastream with an issue with my unit and their support was fantastic. Customer service A1. I am so happy with the product I don’t have to lug slabs of water and recycle the bottles.

Awesome product! Perfect for travellers! Make a compact unit and it will sell thru the roof!

John the guy I dealt with was great. Soda stream in my opinion have created a monster in research and development. When we now have two different types of gas cylinders for different machines, we have glass bottles which is good but only fit one machine and when you buy that machine it comes with 3 plastic bottles as well as 2 glass bottles..why? The bottles have changed height they no longer fit standing up on my fridge shelf..why change the height?? Sorry not enough good research before developing a new model. I gave 5 stars because the product is good but look at your r&d dept.

I had an issue and it was followed through til its resolution with excellent communication throughout.

I had an issue with my Soda Stream Terra. It wasn’t making many bottles. I rang and explained what was happening. First I got a new gas cylinder to try. Still didn’t make many so I called back and got Adrian. He helped me test the machine and it turned out to be faulty. Adrian Organised to send me a replacement unit. Great service all round.

Support staff helped me when my product did not arrive as expected. They solved the issue quickly, easily and the product arrived promptly after that. I am very happy with the outcome. The product itself is very good and works well.

I made a mistake while online ordering and the wonderful jadine helped me out. She was in constant correspondence with me all the way to make sure I had my purchases sent to me.i want to say a huge thank you for your excellent customer service. Super fast delivery. 100% will recommend going thru your company.

Have been buying SodaStream syrups for a few years now. You never run out, don't need to go to the supermarket, just make another bottle 🙂. Recently, I had my first issue with SodaStream, they sent me the wrong syrup, sales never answered my emails, so I finally called support, spoke to Arnold who sorted the error out immediately. The only thing I would say is, I do not like the courier they use in Australia, Direct Freight, they are hopeless, have damaged a couple of my deliveries, and are not the fastest delivery company.
PS. To save extra money, make sure to check for syrups that are close to their "Best Before Date", they go really cheap.

Wow! Got the Terra and also the Duo bundles. Firstly I didn’t know water at home can feel so good! Never drank so much water in my life! Secondly, customer service is just top-notch. Really great product. The bundles are well worth the money. Absolutely love this product and brand.

We have used the product for a few years, very happy with it and thought it was time for an upgrade.
Judine was very helpful and courteous in helping us choose the right unit, we hope it service us as well as our previous model.

I got the bundle while on sale, and quite frankly it's one of the best purchases I've made, it's exactly what I wanted and even though we had a slight hiccup with the delivery, the customer service was great (thanks Adrian).

My experience with the SodaStream AU Customer Service team has been fantastic. From needing help to decide which model to buy for my wife, to assisting me in getting my discount at point of purchase I had all my questioned answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately my wife wasnt overly happy with getting a SodaStream for her birthday so I had to engage the Customer Service team to organise for me to send the goods back. Again, all the questions I needed answered was done with minimal fuss and we have received our refund. Although I cant comment about the actual SodaStream product, if their Customer Service team is as good as they were, then the product must be just as good.

The customer service manager Adrian was both friendly and helpful. He solved my issue almost immediately and was understanding and empathetic.

I had trouble with the chatbot, but once I got a human, the service was really excellent and exceeded my expectations.
They even gave me a discount for my first purchase.
