We put a great deal of effort into creating detailed knitted designs, and while the appearance can vary slightly due to the nature of the knitting process, what you describe is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver.

Please note that the estimated delivery time for Australia is 15 business days, as mentioned in our FAQ. As shipments to Australia need to go through customs clearance, delays can sometimes occur due to customs processing times, which are unfortunately outside of our control.

Lamentamos muito saber que a sua encomenda ainda não foi recebida.
O prazo habitual de entrega para Portugal é de cerca de uma semana, pelo que compreendemos totalmente a sua frustração. Como os envios são efetuados por correio normal, infelizmente não dispomos de rastreamento, e tudo indica que a encomenda possa ter sido extraviada pelos correios.
Gostaríamos de salientar que estamos sempre disponíveis para ajudar e lamentamos não ter tido a oportunidade de resolver esta situação diretamente consigo antes da publicação desta avaliação.

SockAffair Experience
Socks are of good quality, as you would expect when paying a premium price.
Delivery was pretty slow, it seems as if the orders are shipped in bulk to a third party, and from there to that countries customers.
When enquiring about delivery eta, it felt as if I was simply receiving an AI automated response rather than a human who could help or cared.
Would I buy from SockAffairs again, probably not.

We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the socks.
Your order was placed on 19 May and dispatched the following day, on 20 May. As the shipment was sent to the UK, it had to go through customs clearance, which can sometimes add additional transit time beyond our control. However, the order was delivered on 29 May, within the 10 business day timeframe stated on our website.
We're sorry to hear that our replies came across as impersonal. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're waiting for an order and looking for an update.
Please understand that all reviews are important for us, and a 2 star review is very damaging to our reputation as it depicts our product as being of pour quality, which is not the case here.
