I invested with Social Housing Group just under two years ago, and I can honestly say it was the best decision. I have never invested in anything before, but I saw one of Sam’s posts online and I thought I’d book a call.
Sam explained everything very clearly and was very knowledgable. Since investing I have received 23 monthly payments totalling over £16,000. I receive the payments every single month, in the full amount, exactly as stated, and I don’t have to do anything. I will definitely be calling Sam back to reinvest next month when I have received all of my initial investment back!

I've been investing with The Social Housing Group for the last 4 years; I was investing with The Social Housing Group before they were The Social Housing Group! Jack was sourcing us single-let properties and converting to 4/5 bed HMOs and leasing to social housing providers. This was a long process, and we weren't able to house people quickly enough at the rate required. This is where the rent-to-social-housing model was born, and we were able to house the homeless a third of the time and at three times the returns. Jack and the team gave us confidence in previous projects completed, and it has been the most seamless, most hands-off passive investments we have made out of all the strategies over the last 10 years of investing in property. Hands off, hassel free investment which has really helped me out when i was stuck not knowing how i was going to protect my cash from inflation, and it going towards a good deed was the cherry ontop. Im getting reliable monthly payments, and only one was late due to a bank error but they had full transperency regarding the situation which made me feel safe and my investment feel secure.

I have invested with SHG on two separate occasions and both times everything that was agreed with Jack in the beginning was executed.

This is such a hassle free, hands off investment so once terms have been agreed, all you have to do is watch the money come into your account each month.

In property, landlords and investors can be seen in a negative light as profiteers who make it more difficult for people to have affordable housing. Social Housing Group have flipped this on it’s head and found a strategy that’s beneficial to the investor, the government or charities, themselves and most importantly the people who are most in need of housing!

Initially thought it may be too good to be true but Social Housing Group have come out very strong on their word! Every single month I get my return without having to do anything. Literally. This investment was as passive as passive can be. The team were really helpful to answer any questions and resolve any discrepancies I had. The returns are unbelievable, definitely has been the best investment I've ever made, no issues, no delays, done exactly what they said they would do.

Having spoke with Jack and followed him on social media for a while, I decided put a bit of money aside from my investment plans to invest with Social Housing Group. I was in the middle of other opportunities but given the great experience I have had, I've changed direction and now have a number of investments with them! Jacks down to earth, straight talking and efficient communication has really helped me feel at ease as a first time investor. As a first time investor, I was quite nervous and asked a million and one questions, but these nerves have really been put at ease as nothing was too much trouble for Jack and his team. My monthly repayments are paid on time and I fully expect to be back for more investments once the funds have been built back up.
