Social Buzzing is a great agency to work with. They are helping small businesses grow with the utmost care and attention. They manage your social media professionally. I have recommended them to the people in my network.

I have enlisted the help of Social Buzzing for the past 5/6 months and they have been fantastic. Emma is our main contact and she has done a phenomenal job of building our following on Instagram and Facebook, seeking out and posting relevant and timely content, and positioning us just where we want to be. Its definitely made a big difference to our bookings. There's a wider team who are also available, we are on a Whatsapp chat so they are always on hand. I’ve had a good experience working with social buzzing

I have worked with social buzzing and was a former employee here, the team were great and supportive to work with. I enjoyed my time here thoroughly whilst managing several accounts. My time with social buzzing helped me gain a lot of experience and I enjoyed working with my clients during my time here.

I was going to write a massive post about how inept and deceitful this company is, then I discovered they've been found out to be fraudsters as the Mirror newspaper found out.

In the case of me, they tried to lock me into a "contract" which didn't exist and used fake profiles to prop up my Facebook page. I encourage anyone to read the Mirror articles, it exposes how ridiculous this company is.

I invited you to google "The verdict on Google Reviews: one star" and "Why you should be wary of what you read on Trustpilot - threats, deceit and manipulation" by the Mirror, fantastic read that exposes Social Buzzing as cheats.

It also exposes that they use fake reviews to prop themselves up.

Stay away.

They have tried to get my contact details via Trustpilot. Vanessa and Deborah, why would I even dare give you my number so you can "reach out" given this is RIGHT AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE.

"In addition, we have received evidence that this business has used the threat of negative reviews to try to force reviewers and other businesses to remove or edit the reviews on this page. We have sent this business a cease and desist notice to immediately stop this behaviour."

No no, it's completely fair.

"We would never have and never will use fake Facebook profiles"

False. This was exposed in the Mirror newspaper, you absolutely do this. This is a lie, and thus reasonable to call you deceitful.

"We are not 'cheats' as you call us and would recommend that our customers think twice before taking the word of a tabloid newspaper."

Except Trustpilot caught you creating fake reviews themselves, they (Trustpilot) also have confirmed you threatened customers to take their reviews down or you would get "revenge". The Mirror also exposes this. The Mirror articles aren't some opinion piece, they include solid evidence. But not only did the Mirror discover you are liars and cheats, Trustpilot even had to issue you a cease and desist for lies and bullying.

So believe me, customers should believe the Mirror, not you.

Why? So you can bully and harass me as you have done with others, that even Trustpilot has confirmed you do? Nah. You're good. I'll leave this here so everyone can see it.

We contacted Social Buzzing for our marketing needs and have found them to be very useful. The team is easy to contact and they listened to what we needed done and delivered. Start of a very good and long relationship hopefully! I would recommend to my friends for sure.

This company is a fraud, very rude staff and when you want to leave them because they are unable to deliver on there promises they will hold your social media accounts to ransom.
