Don't get this company confused with Social Growth Factory who provides a similar service but treats their customers very well and actually delivers results.

Big scam, i cancelled months ago and today they took £35 from my account!!!! Eff you arssholes

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS THEY HAVE CHARGED ME OVER £30 FOR NO SERVICE EVEN IF YOU TERMINATE YOU ACCOUNT THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!

Don't confuse this site with the Social Growth Engine who actually deliver a similar but better service which is rated 4.8/5

No response to emails, garage service, fraud website. Charged me TWICE for $64 for literally nothing. Once for signing up(nice free trial_ and again after scamming me and not replying to my emails.

I'll be calling my CCC today to get this resolved. Thanks for the waste of time.

This is an utter SCAM of a service. Bought this service for my business Instagram and here are the many things wrong with it:

- Customer Service is TERRIBLE and unprofessional. When I asked a couple of questions I was made to feel like an idiot. If you want my money, then start by treating me like a normal human being who's not understanding why your product keeps glitching,
- Which brings me to my next point...the "glitches". Their service does NOT provide what is promised. When I set the settings to follow the followers of XYZ it kept following celebrities with millions of followers like Kim Kardashian and Kendrick Lamar....like what?? Thats not who I am trying to target.
- I signed up for the 4.99 version but kept getting charged 24.99+foreign transaction fees. Nothing was every refunded.
- They repeatedly overcharged me every month. EVERY single month I was charged twice for the service.
- When I was finally fed up and tried cancelling my account they wouldnt let me...so I had to cancel my Credit Card # completely and request a new one. They then emailed me at least twice a week to update my CC#.... this lasted for about 4 months until they finally gave up.

Now I use a service that solely UNFOLLOWS accounts. So I still spend hours following accounts I want to target, but at least I know this will lead to quality results.

Don't try Social Growth. It's the biggest scam.

Scam. Don't trust them, don't do the trial, don't enter you cc details, and definitely don't try to contact them because it's a lost cause. I'm out $50 because of them...and their services didn't even work! I actually lost followers because of their services. Terrible.

total scam. they will charge your card immediately and then close the site so you cant cancel your account. rip off

SCAM! avoid! Took £35 with no authorisation. to do so! Signed up for 3 day trial which NEVER Worked, tried emailing no response, tried using online chat and no one was ever online. Then they took £35? for what. Total SCAM and doesn't even work AVOID

Hmmmm, I have been using it for over a month and everything has been going smoothly. However, as of yesterday, I cannot access my account. Any advice?

I signed up for the trial and then they charged me 2x after I asked them to delete my account. This site appears to be a scam since I’ve not been able to get ahold of anyone at customer support.

It is a scam. I'm not able to reach them, and they keep charging me after I told them to cancel my subscription. I am not able to log into my account as the system, told me the account is expired, however, they are still charging me.

The Software doesn't work, the customer service is NOT existent. They had a chat a few weeks ago that disappeared, now contacting them is impossible and therefore it's impossible to get a refund.

It's a SCAM. They are charging my credit card every day and there is no way to cancel it.

Was charged for 4 months ($20), and can't even login to my account. Upon attempting to reset my password, they claim there isn't an account with my email. Yet, I'm constantly getting emails from them asking for a new credit card (cause I deactivated my old one)

Stay away, either a scam or a super faulty site.

Literally my Instagram account wouldn't even connect. I followed all their trouble-shooting instructions and it still didn't work. When I emailed support, they responded but didn't fix the problem. Then they stopped responding entirely. Then they billed me again the next month! I asked for a refund and guess what, they didn't respond... Taking it up with my credit card company now.

They charged my credit card 8 times for micro payments ($0,50 - $1,50), this morning 5 times within minutes, during their trial month. Stay away from this scam. Had to block my card to stop it.
