Arrived more than a week later, after the final game of the World Cup. But it’s a very nice jersey.

I was sent the wrong item, but the seller was quick to resolve the issue and get what I wanted. Perfect! The service got me.

Received the jersey and the quality is fantastic. Customer service is great as well. The shipping is a little slow but the CSR replied quickly with status and assured me everything would be fine. This is the third jersey and looks like we will order more.

Right now i placed an order on Jan 4 2023. Its Feb 08 and it says is still in China airport, like what the Hell. I ordered 200$ on shirts and all they said is that is in transit or to contact the carrier. Who is the carrier at this point???… horrible experience, and i know is coming from China bit come on over a month!!!

Update: took 9 weeks in total for shirt to arrive, well... better than none. Quality is good but they have to improve their logistics issue
customer service response in reasonable timeframe and resolve problem

Bought a 1998 Germany football shirt without reading the reviews, read the reviews after purchasing and thought I had been scammed. 28 days later, shirt arrived. Only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because the site looks a bit dodgy, and there were heaps of spelling mistakes and a bit of incorrect grammar in the emails I received, however this is probably a translation error. Overall, pretty happy with my experience and the shirt is decent quality. Just that the site looks suspicious is all, but I got my shirt so I'm happy

Been well over a month and haven’t received my order. Not update either, tried contacting them but no reply.

I ordered on December 19th the Argentinan team jersey. It's been more than a few weeks. I starting to feel this website is a scam. Not trustworthy.

UPDATE: It’s currently out for delivery. For that reason, I’m changing it to 5 stars.

Really good compared to the official one. Colours, size and everything. The sewing of the nike logo is not perfect, but it's still great quality for the price.

La mia esperienza può considerarsi negativa in quanto ho effettuato un ordine il giorno 8 aprile 2022 - completino destinato al compleanno dei 10 anni di mio figlio...- e sono ancora in attesa di ricevere lo stesso ovvero chiarimenti inerenti la mancata consegna nonostante le varie mail di segnalazione, mai evase.

Ad oggi sono ancora in attesa di ricevere riscontro al riguardo.

Soccerdealshop sent replacement Jerseys, Took awhile to deal with their Customer Service Rep but they will arrive next week (DEC 20 2022). Will UPDATE again when I receive them!!!

bought 3 jerseys XL size and all were at least 2 sizes too small Wish id seen other customer reviews before hand

I bought a Nike windbreaker and I eas aware, as you should be, that it is a replica. The quality is relatively pretty good, just the zipper is a little funky.
I ordered a 2XL and honestly is not bigger than a regular L in the USA.
Their customer service through whatsapp is prompt and their track system could be better. But that’s up to the carrier, not with soccerdeal.
I ordered on october 25 and received it on november 13, which is pretty fair.

I’m buying it again but will be skeptical about the size, which I’m currently chatting about with the seller on whatsapp.

It's a scam!!

So i knew their jerseys were fake, and fine with that. But they stole my card details and tried to charge me from a womens clothing site. this ment my bank blocked my credit card (thankfully).
Don't buy from here!
