Unprofessional - Subscription Scammers -Cowards who hide behind there company email
Absolutely disgusting business and by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
I made a simple complaint as a paying customer and instead of being treated with professionalism, respect, or even basic decency, I was met with rude, abusive, and childish responses including “don’t be pissy,” “Go bother someone else Karen,” and “Tell your story walking.”
Let that sink in — this is how they choose to speak to customers.
This is the same company that proudly states on their own website that they “pride ourselves on our customer care” and claim their support team makes sure your experience is “seamless and enjoyable.”
What an absolute joke.
Customer care does not exist here. It is nothing more than false advertising.
If they cannot handle a basic customer complaint without acting like arrogant teenagers hiding behind a keyboard, what confidence should anyone have in the quality of the products they are selling? None.
Even worse, during the email exchange they chose to make personal remarks about my workplace rather than address the issue professionally. Completely inappropriate, immature, and honestly embarrassing for any business trying to present itself as legitimate.
Whoever runs their customer support clearly has no understanding of professionalism, accountability, or basic respect. They hide behind a company email, refuse to provide their names, refuse to identify their role, and speak to customers like internet trolls.
I have also seen other reviews where customers are abused and insulted rather than helped. One customer was even called a “scumbag.” That tells you everything you need to know about the people behind this business.
They are quick to take your money, but the moment you raise a concern, they respond with sarcasm, insults, and personal attacks instead of actual support.
To make it worse, they have built their branding closely around the well-known SNUS Sweden name, clearly trying to ride off that reputation while delivering nowhere near the professionalism, quality, or trust customers would expect.
This business is an embarrassment.
DO NOT waste your money here.

You got mad no one replied to you on Anzac day or on a Sunday, also threatened to contact the ACCC over a subscription you willfully placed.
That subscription also has 3 confirmations before you checked out.
If you had sent us an email with your concern and waited until the public holidays were over the matter would have been resolved with no problems.
You also were refunded on account of you being a total flop.
Dont dish it if you cant take it mate.
We live in Australia, grow a pair.
