Very informative course, like the animations and video.

Please decrease the time to wait to read each section. Some people can read much faster than others.

A lot of items that were repeated through their nice animation and then through the following standard audio file.
The images that went with some of the test questions had nothing to do with the question and could confuse people. (The one I noted was they showed a snowmobile crossing traffic but the question was about the direction you ride in the ditch)
There were final test questions that were duplicates.
Lastly, a handful of final test questions were a little misleading with multiple answers that were appropriate. Test like these should not be trying to trick people, just be straight up answers.
I have been riding for 25 years and I took the course for a discount on my insurance. Would like to see them again grow the animation section and get rid of the simple audio stuff.

Both my kids took it at 11 years old. What could they possibly know about backing up a trailer? Some wording is over there head and I'm guessing the majority of the testers are 11 and 12.
I think the test should lean even more on safety and be toned down for the younger kids.

This is the best place to get a snowmobile course it’s free and no hassle it saves your progress whenever you log off !

The content was good, getting a bit aged with the graphics, there seemed to be a dozen or so of the same questions were asked several times.

Great option for teenagers who are not able to complete the class in a traditional classroom setting. Class is set-up in a manner that is easy to follow, gives updates at the end of chapter quizzes and final test, and gives you the certificate to print off for your field day. Online program is organized, has nice visuals, and the information is read aloud. Thanks for this wonderful option!

Very easy for my 11 year old to do. Course walks you through step by step, saves progress and lets you return to complete later. Age appropriate. Easy to understand material. Super convenient to do on-line on our own time and around our busy schedule.

Was very easy to use

Overall I enjoyed the course. After completing the course I was sent a link to get a course completion certificate. The link did not work. The link didn't have a course completion certificate as an option.

I didnt like when they changed the readers from female to male, and the male takes to long to get the point across.
