We had some issues with the initial mattress we received, which I believe to be quite unusual for their standard quality so I and not going to describe them here.
I was in contact with Oliver about the mattress' issues and his service and communication was exceptional. Like few companies in this country, he really cared to accommodate for our satisfaction, which I appreciated greatly.
We love the mattress. It is quite firm and my back feels more rested / less sore in the morning since using this mattress.

I have to mention the delivery company and how poor it was. We had a few experiences with Furdeco as our mattress needed to be changed. In two different occasions they asked me how much I'd paid for the products and reacted really badly when knowing the products needed to be carried up the stairs. On the first delivery they broke the protective plastic and dragged the mattress around the building which made it quite filthy. I didn't know how to ask one more time for it to be lifted.

Overall the company/ product are great but I hope they find a new delivery company soon, as I'd very much like to try their pillows and other products at some point.

We started the process of getting a new mattress in September this year. We started with one of the best reviewed companies of hybrid mattresses. We had 3 delivered by them in the time span of one month and a half. Eventually we decided that enough is enough and we should give snoozel a try. It was the best decision ever made. All our sleep problems have now been resolved. The mattress is great... Firm, but not too firm. Doesn't overheat. Doesn't smell of chemicals. We simply love it.

Bought this for a day bad. Very comfortable and thick. Would recommend. Order and delivery - no issues.

Mattress delivered on day & time slot arranged with Furdeco and very happy with the mattress.
However, Furdeco were awful - delivery driver trod mud into the house, they couldn't work out how to get the mattress up the stairs which required my help and intervention, they knocked a picture off the wall (which I thankfully caught!) and then to my surprise left very quickly closing the door behind them and not telling me they were going to leave the packaging strewn all over my driveway which they should have taken away (their lorry was empty as well!!).
Message to Snoozel Green is get a different delivery partner as ultimately this reflects on the whole experience of dealing with you.

I ordered a double mattress and received 2 free latex pillows with the order and all were delivered on the date advised. There is no doubting the quality and green credentials of the company and products but unfortunately I found the mattress too firm for me, even with the addition of the latex topper which was sent out for free, so I decided to return them. I was offered a discount on the pillows I had been using so opted to keep the one I had been using. I am still using the pillow and have found it to be a very good product, although a bit on the thin side, so use a thin wool pillow to make it the right height for me.
My problems started with Furdeco the delivery company, when trying to get the products collected .They failed to collect on the date advised and the communication all round was abysmal, I didn't feel that the intervention from snoozel green made much of a difference. The products had obviously already been bagged up and I had to store them in my living room for a week before they were finally collected. It's a shame about the delivery company because the quality of the products is very good, even though the mattress wasn't quite right for me.

Excellent quality and comfort - will be back!

We have ordered our mattress weeks before we moved the house and agreed with Snoozel Green courier Frudeco a suitable for both delivery dates (they could only deliver Wednesday and Friday). We gifted our old mattress and waited for our new mattress to arrive on the agreed date. No show and no notification from the delivery courier, followed by 2 more no-shows and last-minute notifications resulting in no mattress a week past agreed on delivery date. We had to sleep our first night on the floor and later purchase an air bed. I also booked 2 days off to be able to accept the delivery. Oli from Snoozel Green was very responsive, but for some reason unable to resolve the issue with their courier. We got our refund promptly but this situation has created us needless stress and now we bought an airbed we would not need otherwise and still need to find a new suitable mattress. It is just a very disappointing, expensive, and inconvenient experience.

My mattress and topper are exactly what I’d hoped for, comfortable to the point of unnoticeable.
Could do with less packaging.

Really like my king size mattress from snoozle. Sleeping like a dream. Great mix between firm and soft. Nice to have an eco product that’s just as good - if not better - than all the other products out there.

Although waiting for stock to arrive in the country when I ordered - it wasn’t a problem as always kept informed and the quality is worth waiting for

A really great mattress! I've now had this mattress along with the mattress topper for approx. 3.5 months and can honestly say it's the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned.

Initially I found it a little too firm compared to my old soft mattress and it took a good month or so to get used to, but now find it super comfortable and has cured my morning back ache. It is also lovely and cool to sleep on compared to other synthetic foam mattresses, no more waking up too hot in the middle of the night. The mattress came with free natural latex pillows which are lovely and soft and have really improved my sleep. As a side sleeper the pillow is not quite thick enough, but have added a folded towel in the pillowcase until I can find a pillow thin enough to go underneath.

I looked for a long time to find an non-toxic, organic and sustainable mattress that was affordable and had not heard of Snoozel Green before, but on the basis of the good reviews, great ethics and really informative website I took a chance and am so glad I did. Customer service is excellent - I had a few initial queries regarding my order which were promptly responded to by Oliver. Delivery was on time with polite and professional delivery staff. I highly recommend this company.

Truly a disgusting experience with Snoozelgreen. I made my order in June and now we are in August and I am still waiting on my mattress and have had very little communication regarding where it is. I even attempted to check my delivery status with the automated chatbot and was told my order doesn’t exist! Feel like I’ve been scammed out of hundreds of pounds which as a new parent on maternity leave, I simply do not have. Really left feeling disappointed after putting my faith in what looked like a wonderful company to support and now just left feeling sour at the lack of communication. Would not recommend this company if you want speedy delivery and updates!

a mattress to last a lifetime but make a canvas sling to move it if its to be a peripatetic lifetime

it is heavy and with the topper it is perfect. almost weird and wonderful-- you can bounce on it, sleep on it, block the stairs with it.

the chaps struggled and rushed to get it in gripping the plastic like running on ice.
I don't blame them.

if you need to move it around in your lifetime-- buy a 16' of canvas double it like a sling cut in handles
to protect bottom and give handholds.

There was a slight hiccup in the delivery however we received the best customer care of any company I have encountered on line -proactive, helpful and considerate. Thank you Oliver. The mattress itself is great. We bought it for my daughter who loves it. I snuggle into her at bed time to read her a story and I don’t want to get out off her bed it’s so comfy! Expensive yes but I feel very happy with the choice and customer care. I rarely write reviews. I would definitely buy again in the future.

Wow to be sleeping on a totally natural mattress feels as good as when you make the effort to eat organic foods. You know you are doing yourself some good and now I feel I’m doing my skin some good. Egyptian cotton sheets and you’re in heaven. I’ve tried 6 mattresses from latex to pocket memory foam and I’ve finally settled on this one. Oh and it’s also super comfy.

The communication was excellent. Arrived when it was due to. Great mattress. Quite firm, but I've got used to it.
