richtiges Teil bestellt, falsches Teil bekommen. Warte nun seit mehr als zwei Wochen um das richtige Teil zu bekommen, wirklich schade. Drei Sterne dafür, weil es bis jetzt eigentlich immer funktioniert hat.

After twenty plus years of purchasing old car bits from SNB, you have refined your operation to the point where its difficult to imagine how you could improve on it further. Not the aleays chaepest around but certainly the best.

I had a fair idea what I needed for my Jaguar XJ6, however a pal gave me the wrong part number. I emailed 📧 and asked about the OEM part and Tom Rochelle was brilliant.
Tom went above and beyond when he followed up on my incorrect part number and sourced the Correct one for me.
Tom proceeded to locate the part and seeing I was across the pond in Ireland Tom ordered my part through SNG Netherlands 🇳🇱 thereby saving me some money on silly customs charges. Tom sealed my deal with his professional and knowledgeable experience and got me exactly what I was looking for.
I spoke with Phil by telephone and he was courteous and polite, however this time Tom was outstanding 👏 👏👏
