I ordered some Jordan 4’s on the 27th…
I ordered some Jordan 4’s on the 27th of December and received the tracking number 3 days after. Then when Royal Mail said it will be delivered today it didn’t get delivered and the status of the package said delivered and I couldn’t check the proof of delivery because it wasn’t my address it got delivered to, meaning that sneaker forest messed up by giving Royal Mail the wrong order information. So I got into contact with sneaker forest and they said that a new tracking number will be provided for my actual order and there has been no update with the order till this day, please stay away from this website as it is a scam and they also have terrible customer service.

Bought trainers for my son and they were fake, contacted their customer services and after a few emails back and forth, they said I could return for a full refund, I returned them, recorded delivery so I know they have received them, no communication and no refund

Very misleading Royal Mail delivery information provided by seller
Sneakers ordered on 28 November '25 and I received a Royal Mail 48hr Tracking Number on 2 December '25 suggesting I would receive the goods on or around 5 December. The trainers arrived on 15 December '25. The delay was not caused by Royal Mail but by the seller.
Very misleading delivery information provided by Sneaklers Forest and, for this reason, would not recommend this company to others.

Ordered a pair of trainers
Ordered a pair of trainers, they contacted me to say the colour was out of stock but that I could choose a different colour. I replied I did not want another colour and requested a refund. They’ve replied again offering a different colour but no refund. The website states they offer a full refund if they are out of stock. I will be reporting to the police and trading standards.

Avoid – Fake trainers and poor customer service
I ordered a pair of trainers from Sneakers Forest and received a product that turned out to be not authentic. It took 13 days for the item to arrive, In which time emails raising concerns were ignored.
To be certain, I paid for an independent authentication through CheckCheck, a well-known verification service. Their report confirmed the trainers were fake, specifically highlighting issues with the inside size label.
Despite providing this evidence, the company has continued to delay the refund process by claiming they need “warehouse verification,” even though the item has already been independently assessed. As of now, they still have my money, and I am left holding fake trainers with no confirmed refund.
My experience reflects poor communication, slow responses, and questionable product authenticity. I cannot recommend this company.

Postage was fast and customer service was perfect. The price for the same trainers on some sites were upto £500.

FAKE TRAINERS
This company are selling fake trainers and advertising them as genuine. They refuse to refund, after I have sent them back and I am still £103 down, without any trainers and they continually deny to refund because Royal mail, whom they appointed to collect have lost the package. That is not my issue. I have abide by their requests for the refund and still they do not give my money back STAY AWAY I will also be reporting these to actionfraud.police.uk
