Foolishly ordered without checking here first. 2 month later and still no delivery despite them sending shipment information to paypal as part of my dispute claim. Fortunately I've been refunded but don't make the mistake and avoid these scammers at all costs. Product supposedly ships in 10 days but their shipment was coming from far east so most likely a counterfeit. Have reported to Trading Standards also.

Gave me a pair of shoes without the carbon plate that was meant to be in it. PayPal couldn't refund because they sent a well worded email back to me with some form of excuses. Lost £100. Still see they are listed on google on a daily basis !! Awful awful awful people.
Awful. Ordered trainers realised the company was so poorly rated on here and cancelled my order. Contacted the seller on the same day to cancel and ask for a refund. 5 weeks later no refund. Luckily I paid via PayPal. Google should pull their listing.

EDIT: So after THREE-FOUR weeks I made a claim on PayPal and the owner still did not get in touch ,avoiding me. I won my case on PayPal but will take possibly 30 days, but happy I did it through PayPal.

DO NOT USE. Claim to be a uk based company but I know for a fact they are Vietnamese. Cancelled my order on the day of supposed delivery and am still waiting for a refund.
It's a shame you can only give them one star minimum because they deserve less. I made an order of a expensive trainer. When they arrived after 2 weeks of waiting they were not just the wrong size but a completely different colour to what I ordered. I have given them an email asking for a refund but doubt a response. I would strongly avoid. I made my order before reading reviews which was a BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE. Avoid at all cost. I wish I did

Yes i too fell victim to these scammers!! I made an honest purchase and they sent me the wrong size and a discolored (supposed to be platnium white) pair of expensive trainers. No response to open a return case which they have to "approve" hence their no response.. only made the purchase via them as they have a UK address so could return if any issues.. that was a lie.. #redflag when my shoes took 4ever 2 arrive and i sent numerous emails without response #redflag i knew this order was not going to be a legitimate.. i was more suprised to even recieve an item at all.. paid additional import fees only 2 see the crap waiting for me inside the box!! ☹ PLEASE TAKE HEED. There were no reviews when i made my purchase so be kind to yourself and DO NOT give them your hard earned money!
Do not use it's a scam, I ordered trainers and after emailing them got a reply saying they will refund me in 7 -14 days which I highly doubt will happen.
I went through PayPal so hopefully I will get my money back at some point.
Stay away from these fraudsters!!!
No returns, despite a fake returns policy. This is NOT a UK or even EU based company despite references to UK addresses and a pretend .co.uk web address domain. My package arrived from Taiwan (customs taxes were required) with US shoe sizes instead of UK. Impossible to return. Impossible to discuss with the company.
I personally would say AVOID like the plague !!!
In a nut shell I went against everything I usually do when purchasing items online, I basically rushed into buying some very expensive trainers of here WITHOUT doin my usual research about the relevant company🥴🥴. Didn’t here nothing from them about the order apart from the usual automated email order confirmation. Immediately after purchasing them light 💡 I decided to research about them (sneakerhip) company and basically it’s like they don’t even exist! No info through various search engines! Soo massive alarm 🚨 🔔 ringing out I emailed them to ask for an update on my order and questioned where exactly they are based as address on there website is a false address in Leicester 😳. The following morning read my emails. thankfully omg! they had cancelled the order and sent me a FULL refund but with no other form of communication! IE to the reason of why nor what for. My guess purely as I was questioning there credibility mayb ,not sure 🤷🏼♂️ . So ye stay well clear if I was you as I believe just got lucky 🍀 and got my cash back! Hope this helps 👍 mark jus an update this site is now changed it name. Now called tinsneaker.co.uk 🧐
