Placed an order and nver heard back from them. DO NOT ORDER from them. They were good in the past but i am pretty sure they are no longer in business. I am reporting the charge they took from my bank acocunt as fraud!

Placed order and paid over a month ago. No contact from company. Tried to contact them and they said my order was ready to ship and I would be getting a tracking email soon. That was over a week ago. No email about order.. Got email saying something was closed. My order?? Now can't get a response. Don't expect items overnight, just need contact so I know what to expect. Now I feel my money is gone.

I have used the snazzy Fido collars on four dogs and have been super-pleased about the durability and appearance of the collars. I especially like the way the bamboo collars get softer with wear. Great quality at a terrific price!!

I have gotten 3 collars from them now and all 3 have been the perfect size and colors that I ordered. I like how you can embroider the info on them so you don't have to have their tags on 24/7 making noise. They look really nice know too. It does take about 6-8 weeks to get them so you have to be patient.

Do not order from them. Took 2 months for collar to arrive from China. Quality was good but size was wrong. They said I should have ordered an XS. Their website said XS was for Chihuahua which are 2 to 6 lbs. my dog weighs 16 lbs so I ordered next size up and it was too large. They blew off my complaint and said it was my problem not theirs.

Snazzy Fido is the only place I get my Dog's collars! I buy the Deluxe Bamboo personalized. They are so soft and I feel good about my dogs comfort and having the phone and name on them should they get loose.
I cannot say enough great things about the collars I get from here.
I have tried others but others are so much lower quality, I now just head to Snazzy Fido when I need a collar.

I had been a loyal customer for years, buying many collars from this company. The last order I placed, the collar is defective. I have reached out to correct this with the company, they will not recognize the defect and sent an insulting reply and video demonstrating how to open and close the collar, implying that I do not know how to use a collar properly despite having dogs my life. I was hoping to call and speak with someone, but the number provided on their website does not work. Beware buying something from them.

Gonna be real honest. I have a 4 month old puppy and I ordered the bamboo collar, personalized, for him. He HATED it. It was very stiff and difficult to get on. So I ordered the fleece padded one for him. My other 2 dogs have worn a fleece padded collar from Snazzy Fido for literally 10 years and they are SO durable. Should have ordered the fleece to start with. He loves his fleece collar and it seems very comfortable. Love Snazzy Fido!

Great to have a collar with no tag- easier for all my pups. Never had a problem with customer service. Shipping does take time but it's a custom made product that takes time to make. I have a lot of dogs and Snazzy Fido is my go to place for collars. Thanks for making a stand up product !

pizz poor quality, they do not last and lousy custoimer service! They do not care about the customer!!!

I have purchased the Soft Bamboo collars for my dogs for over 5 years & 4 dogs. I usually wind up buying at least two for each dog because I get one when they are a puppy & another one at about a year old when they reach their full growth. My Mini Australian Shepherd is 7 now and still wears her collar I got for her 1st birthday. I just bought a second one for my Jack Russell. He outgrew his little one even though he's only 7 months old now! I got this one plenty big so it should last him a long time. It does take some time to get them, but they are worth the wait!

Contacted snazzy firm five times thru email with no results they will not respnond . I ordered a color the put both the same phone numbers on the collar, I wanted home phone and cell phone they don't seem to care I wish they would at least make it right.

We are repeat customers if Snazzy Fido collars. They are extremely durable, look great in our pets, and we love the selection of colors and styles!

BEWARE!!!! It's been OVER 4 weeks and my items have not shipped. My puppy has been without a leash and collar waiting for this terrible company to ship my items. Highly discourage buying from this business.

I ordered from Snazzy Fido for the second time this year because we were so happy with our first order. The order arrived with a typo on the two collars. Although the initial contact wasn't very helpful, he escalated the issue himself and the problem was corrected immediately. I will order again from them now that I see how committed they are to customer satisfaction. A great experience.
