I think the creator of this tool is a genuinely bad person. I make almost $300k a year and this tool can't verify my bank account, my paystubs, or my investment accounts ALL OFFICIALLY RECEIVED DIRECTLY FROM THE INSTITUTIONS.

I WORK AND CANT GET AN APARTMENT ,THIS COMPANY TAGRETS MINIORITES AND LOW INCOME FAMILIES TO THE TEA. If you work and submit YOUR OFFER KETTER FROM THE EMPLOYER THIS SYSTEM IS RIGGED AND ONLY RECOGNIZE TOP /RICH PEOPLE EARNERS. SOON THIS SYSTEM WILL TAKE A FAIL BECAUSE OF THE ECONOMY NOBODY IS GOING TO RENT AT THESE PROPERTIES AND THE LANDLORDS WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS FROM BOT GETTING ANY INCOME FROM THE CITIZENS

This service is an utter scam aimed at landlords.

"print to pdf" is not some big source of fraud detection, it is a system utility that most software uses to produce a pdf. My formal work contracts that I needed to submit where turned into a pdf by my employer, using print to pdf. To make things even more insane IT CANT EVEN TELL WHEN SOMETHING WAS MADE USING PRINT TO PDF.

In order to make a pdf that this website will accept you need to use actual pdf editing tools, which is where you would be able to actually create false documents. Print to pdf doesn't have that capability.

Just taking advantage of landlords who are afraid of fraud and don't understand technology.

I'm new to an area and applying for an apartment that requires the upload of ID for verification and paystubs. On two attempts of uploading valid ID's, snappt has returned message denying application for invalid ID (not meeting the requirements). This is absolutely inaccurate as I've visited the apartments and displayed the same ID's that I've had for years to view the property. I am now being showed that my application is denied and while security deposit is returned, I lose my application fee paid for an erroneous message from Snappt. Unfortunately, the apartments will not look beyond what this app is telling them, even if I show physical proof of my identify and would have to reapply (which would require another application fee). This is wrong and would not recommend the use of this software service.

Won't accept any PDF's I've sent. This is ridiculous.

I can not believe they wrongly claimed that "my bank statements are edited" !! I downloaded pdf file straight from Bank of America website. I didn't change anything, It is authentic and original. Now my application got denied because of their false decision. I watched an interview of a person from Snappt and he says "we are very very proud of our accuracy rate over %98". This is ridiculous. I see there are so many people are complaining how inaccurate and poor their decisions are. When I dispute, They don't make any effort to make it right. This must be one of the biggest issues for housing problem in LA.

Snappt rejected my documents as "edited" and they are authentic. Now I'm having a hard time getting an apartment in LA. This has never happened to me. They're a scam! They're just collecting the application fees. If you're getting an apartment that uses this company, run!

As a property manager, do yourself a favor and get Verifast. Snappt works maybe 40% of the time and it's not worth the money. It will reject documents saying they're print to pdf even when your applicant comes in and you download it directly from the payroll provider yourself. Half the bank statements come back "insufficient" with no further explanation. It's also erroneously flagged paystubs as edited that I know for a fact aren't edited.

Snappt is nothing but a headache with a service fee, adding insult to injury. I petitioned to switch to verifast with numerous examples as to why we should switch. It was our best move yet!

Snappt doesn’t accept Equifax verification services for salary and employment. What an absolutely stupid and scammy piece of software. No way around the stupidity of this company. They provide no help.

Won't accept the only type of PDF that my payroll company offers. No work around and no support.

This software is absolutely terrible!! I have uploaded my paystubs several times which have been downloaded straight from my payroll provider Patriot. I keep getting denied saying they have been printed to PDF. I have screen recorded myself downloading straight from my payroll provider and sent it to the property. They are asking for my bank statements which I feel is not necessary because that’s MY PRIVATE BANKING INFORMATION!! I’m applying with a 760+ credit score with perfect payment history and my paystubs and this is complete BS!!

Your software was made by preschoolers. Just know that you are scum for trying to create housing barriers for renters of all people. Deliberately making the program have false negatives is shameful and should be illegal.

The only way to save bank statements in PNC back is when you hit the button “Print Statement”. As you already know, it would allow me to submit this haha, so the landlord told me to change my bank after banking for 7 years with them and not having even one issue. This software is nothing but a headache and I would recommend to avoid it at all time!!

Crap software. I have a legit job, pulled the paystub off my companies site using the only method available - save to pdf and they keep rejecting it. Put this garbage into your company and be guarenteed to lose business. Absolute junk

AI Company that "Community managers" use as a basis to reject people from getting apartments. It is way to easy to get a "Paint to PDF" error and "Community managers" will pretty much use this as an excuse to ghost your application. You will pretty much never get a response from this company if you decide to appeal. Enjoy the AI revolution I guess.

It is and discriminatory way to keep people out of housing. Everybody doesn't get paid by the same type of system. Some people still use the old payroll system where they pay people paper checks. That should not keep you from being able to get somewhere to stay it's ridiculous discriminatory and it needs to be ended.

My company's pay stub information does not allow me to download directly from the website. I have to print>save as pdf.
Snappt not allowing me to upload my information this way is incredibly infuriating.

They cannot verify paystubs through Ceridian Dayforce. My sister submitted her stubs and they incorrectly flagged them as fake. We need a ClassAction.
