From the start the assistant that contacted me when looking into the service and the photographer Jarrine then the quick turn around of the photos were as satisfying as ordering a Uber or Door Dash, great service all and all.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Michael, our photographer through Snappr, for our son and future daughter-in-law’s “Something Blue Before They Do” bridal shower.

From the beginning, Michael was incredible. I had a very specific vision for the photographs that mattered most to me—especially our family legacy moments and multi-generational portraits—and he made sure he captured every single one. These were more than just party pictures for us; they were photographs of our parents, our children, and generations of our family together that we will treasure for years to come.

What impressed me even more was Michael’s commitment after the event. He went above and beyond to make sure that during the editing process, I received what I had requested. He was extremely communicative, understanding, kind, and incredibly patient with our family throughout the entire experience.

The final photographs were beautiful, and we are so grateful for everything he captured—from those important family moments to the celebration itself. He gave us a wonderful visual story of a day that meant so much to our family.

This was also our first experience using Snappr, and I couldn't have been happier with the process. It was easy, convenient, and I was genuinely amazed by how quickly we received our photographs. Our family has been talking about the service ever since!

I would absolutely recommend Michael and Snappr and would not hesitate to use them again for another important family event.

Our photographer Charles really did a fantastic job. He was easy to communicate with, came early to scope out the place and was extremely cooperative taking pictures of my entire family.

Booking process was easy - although I did send a message to the photographer pre appt to ask a question and he didn't respond until the day of the appt - this made me a little nervous due it was my first time to use the app. The photo shoot appt went well and we received some great photos. Very happy and will use again! Thanks to Justin, he did a great job!

My experience with Snappr was outstanding, largely because of the photographer, Omar. He was professional, patient, detailed, and creative throughout our anniversary photography session. We loved the poses he created for my wife and me, and he did an excellent job using the Chicago skyline, Navy Pier, and rooftop views to create beautiful and memorable photos. We also experienced significant traffic delays because of the Lollapalooza festival, and Omar was extremely patient and understanding while waiting for us. He never made us feel rushed. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable. Snappr did an excellent job connecting us with a photographer who clearly cares about his work and his clients. We were extremely pleased with our photos and would definitely request Omar for our next event. We would also recommend Snappr and Omar to others looking for a professional photographer.

The photographer, Mufasa, was just wonderful….very professional, put all of us(15) at ease with his jovial personality.
He was also wonderful in suggesting candid photo ideas and was just great!

If you need an unconventional shoot or if you need a photographer who will be sneaky, Shaun was awesome. We had a great time with the shoot.

We had a great experience finding a photographer and videographer for my husbands 70th birthday. They were both sourced at short notice through a very easy to use platform. I was a bit worried who might turn up but the two guys were so professional, polite and a delight to have at our party. The videos and photographs were fantastic and we now have an everlasting memory of a great party! Thank you Snappr!

Serge was amazing!!!! He made sure and got the location that I wanted because he knows the area and I am from half way across the US! He was incredibly friendly, nice, and took the most incredible pictures!! If you have any doubts, don’t, it is so worth it!!!
