I started a subscription on 17/1123. To renew every two months.
Box came, it was an assortment of rubbish. Stickers. A yoda pencil. Some unbranded lego mini figures, which screams fake to me. A figurine of a character in a plastic bag, no packaging, which again leans into it being fake because why send something unboxed? And a funko pop Finn.
So I wasn't happy with it. I left a breakdown of this on smugglers crates Facebook page which h was subsequently ignored.
They then charge me for 2nd box on 1/1/24. Five and a half weeks isn't two months. Apparently its in the small print it renews on 1st. But I didn't sign up for that. I said 2 months. I go to request a refund, they say its subject to a 22.5% charge.
So it's a scam and I'd advise anyone considering this to just go to a shop and buy the stuff yourselves. A lot cheaper and without you being sent essentially a box of rubbish and being charged to cancel it when you don't want them sending you anymore boxes of rubbish. Avoid.

Arrived to Australia looking like it had been through about 10 airports.. 3 items damaged and definitely not worth the price overall, the items look like much better quality in the pictures.

It would be great if you could actually get in touch with their customer services department. They don't want anything to do with you once they've got your money.

Ordered this as a gift for my nephew and he absolutely loved it.

If I could give no star review I think I would, absolutely let down on this £39.95 for a Jedi crate thinking it would be great for a collector, so disappointed with what actually came, even my 8 year old wasn’t impressed with it.

I bought this as a one off, only useful thing i got was a pop. 2 lego figures 2 pictures a pencil and pencil case, a bag, a book of stickers and what can only be described as a kinder surprise toy. My main gripe is i dont think i received enough, i used a code for 2 extra items on an 8-12 item box. Was ok for a one off bit of fun but wouldnt bother again.

It was amazing I was skeptical of getting a mystery box because you never know if you’re gonna get your moneys worth and I definitely got that and more it was great to see and I’ll definitely be getting more in the future

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered the Jedi master crate and so disappointed with the items. The items received were not to the quality in the items shown on the advert. A sticker book for kids and 2 mini Lego figures… my toddler would be overjoyed with them, not a collector! The other items were a handful of stickers, 2 photos, a canvas tote bag, a hat and a pair of socks. It’s not worth the cost of the crate and honestly the items are completely naff. I tried to message them to say how disappointed I was and they blocked me which speaks volumes about the way they conduct their business… Give the customers a box of crap with no way to get in touch with them. They are not concerned with customer service at all, truly appalling

I purchased a premium mystery box for Father’s Day. The products are appalling, cheap and unlicensed (the only good item was the Funko pop).

The packaging is poor to say the least with a customer service to match! I’ve emailed and had no reply - messaged on Facebook to be blocked. Please shop elsewhere and warn others of this poor company.

**Update - had a reply to my email finally and they asked me to take down the review and they then may consider to refund me, despite me being willing to return the items. If they had have accepted my return for a refund without the bribe then I would have amended my review to reflect that they did finally resolve the issue.
The only good thing I can say is the delivery was quick.

I would hate anyone else to have to deal with these people. They don’t deal with anyones problems Please avoid and read other reviews on here with the same issues.
