Ive been subscribed to Smugglers Crate for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it!! Every box contains such unique and cool items, im always so excited to see what im going to get next!

As a life long Star Wars nerd I absolutely love my smugglers crates. It’s a perfect mix of nostalgic collectibles, LEGO mini figs, as well as newer collectibles!

The first box was great and then not so much

I feel like the boxes got progressively more and more disappointing. I got my fourth one and I was just thinking to myself I spent that much for that?

I love the anime crate I get. Sometimes there's duplicates and I don't really collect the Funko pops but I still get excited for it.

This is a great subscription box for any Star Wars fan. You get a little bit of everything for a great price. I highly recommend it!

My husband is a huge Star Wars fan, and this has been a gift that keeps on giving. Every month, he opens the box and cannot wait to display his new collection. He has received so many different items that we have had to purchase more shelves. This is truly a great product.

We ordered the Star Wars Smuggler's Crate for our son. He is a huge Star Wars fan and looks forward to the crate every month. There is a wide variety of collectibles in each crate and the quality is outstanding. Our crate arrives timely and is packaged well! We will definitely keep our subscription active.

I always look forward to my Smuggler's Crate every month. Its such an awesome treat when I open the box at the end of the month and see what surprises lie inside. From tote bags. Funko Popps, stormtrooper mugs to Grogu water bottles and stickers. There's always great treats inside.

Prompt, quality products...if sometimes a little age expansive. Although thinking about it, why wouldn't a 49 year old still like stickers? ;-)

don’t waste your money on these. they don’t even bother packaging their items at all specifically the art works that almost always come bent and ripped. the products themselves are so disappointing themselves…you’re bound to receive a funko or black series of a random character no one cares about because that’s what’s obviously cheapest for them to buy. also the fake lego minifigure? that isn’t even legal? my box especially the artwork came ripped and bent. the other items were cheap and garbage and not worth the money. delivery was smooth but that part isn’t even in the companies hands so what’s there to say about this experience that’s actually positive? nothing.

My son bought me a crate for mothers day unfortunately the box turned up really damaged with a couple of the items broken inside, there was hardly any protective packaging inside to protect the items and box was really thin, also the contents inside was very underwhelming nothing like they show on photos and videos of them packing the box, such a shame as my son and myself were really looking forward opening the surprise crate, definitely wouldn't purchase again or recommend
My son has emailed them still waiting on a reply.......

The crate came with broken items, very cheap items, not worth the money I paid.

Ordered the Anime version of the Crate on 27th November as a Xmas present. Realising a few weeks later that it hadn't arrived we checked the tracking to discover it had been shipped and returned to sender without us being informed. We contacted CS. They apologised and resent the crate. Even though they ship worldwide for some unknown reason they don't include VAT when you pay so we got hit for an extra 15 euro customs and admin charge (23% VAT for Ireland and €5.95 admin fee) on our end which delayed the delivery of the resent package. It didn't arrive until after Christmas.

So what did we get for all our hassle? The contents of this so called 'Anime Box' were utter trash. A funko pop. A pack of Yugi-oh cards Asian language. Universes cards (?). A pez dispenser and a pokemon cloth bag for some reason. Some small brick building things of unknown origin. Two tiny posters that looked like they were printed from an inkjet printer, not glossy or anything and some tiny stickers.

You seriously couldn't make up how bad this box was for the expense and trouble it caused to get it. Instantly cancelled our subscription and will avoid like the plague.

Just got my first box as a Christmas gift for my son. Very underwhelmed with the contents. I planned to subscribe for a few months for him, but if the next box is the same I will be cancelling.

Ordered a sub box for the first time, was meant to receive a mystery gift in addition although wasn’t clear what was part of the box and what was in addition, received a Funko pop, a children’s satchel, both licensed merch, an eraser, a keyring in clear package with no logo and two pens, none were licensed and a fake Lego figure, I’m an abode Lego fan as well and knew instantly aside from the plastic package it came in didn’t mention Lego but the pieces themselves that I know would have the brand on had nothing, I was quite shocked this company would send out counterfeit merchandise as authentic when it’s selling point was licensed merchandise, half wasn’t and one was a clear counterfeit. I also don’t rate the prints, they’re sent on paper not even backed and what am I meant to do with them? Canceled the subscription immediately as I’m not paying for dodgy rip offs for £40 a month.
