2 weeks still waiting for the refund. Customer support does not reply back. Sounds like a scam, but I don’t really know if it’s a scam or not. Still waiting though.

Looking at the other reviews you submitted here, it seems you more or less call everyone a scammer. Unfortunately you do so without explaining the reasons.
