I placed an order from this company on 29th December 2024 and I still haven’t received my order. The tracking number hasn’t worked and the company even provided a replacement number that hasn’t worked even though I was told it would work after 11th February. Do not order from this company you will not receive your package.

The Hearts 1985-86 home shirt I received was exceptionally high quality. Really nice feel to the fabric, tidy embroidered badges, and nice felt sponsor. Much better than modern days shirts. Very impressed with the service and will be using again.

This reproduction improves on the original due to the modern manufacturing technique and the highly skilled employees at SM Retro. The embroidery is very good and the sponsor is flock velvet. Patience is a virtue when waiting for delivery (allow at least 6 weeks from dispatch) and you will be rewarded with a great product that will last for many years. Absolutely superb.

So an update from the company, after I'd left a trust pilot review! The Manager' told me out of the goodness of his heart he was calling me to see what I wanted from him. I explained that the lack of communication from the company was poor. He said there had been an error on their part with the labelling but wasn't willing to apologise. He said he was guessing I might receive this on 20th Feb, i ordered on 3rd Jan!!!! I said his tone was aggressive and he said well your winding me up!!!! It was quite a truamatic call as you don't expect a manager of a company to be so hostile towards a customer. Honestly, a joke of an experience from start to finish.

Cannot fault the customer service or quality of the products. Very impressive all around. I love retro shirts and these are the best I’ve come across. Always in fashion and better than modern day equivalents in every way. Thank you to the guys at sm retro.

So,i ordered my Liverpool 1978-80 home top on 26th November, finally arrived 23rd January. On the email i originally received, after asking when it would be delivered was 28-30 days. So well behind the date. The tracking system didn't work, so had no idea where it was. The response from customer service was actually good, they did respond quickly. The quality of the shirt is...... excellent 👍 though.
Just thought it took too long and tracking was shit. Gave 4 Star because customer service reply was good and the quality of the top.

Ordered a Dundee United retro shirt from the 80s and blown away by how good it is. Brilliant quality and love it. May take a few weeks to arrive but worth it. Would definitely recommend!

My friend wore a shirt from sm retro to recent match and I was so impressed I ordered one myself. Needless to say, I am ecstatic to own one and will be no doubt buying more. I was fully aware of the timescales involved re: delivery so no problem there, and for the quality and value it is totally worth it. The shirts are a tidy fit and are extremely well-made. the embroidered badges and logos really typify the quality. There is plenty to choose from on their website so even if you’re not a fan of a particular team one of these shirts will still look cool on you. I love the old-school sponsors and the simplicity of the designs. One of the best things about buying a retro shirt is that you can wear them for years to come, and these are made to last. Definitely the best retro shirts out there.

Everything fine with my order. Lovely shirt with embroidery, felt sponsor, and fits well. I’m also pleased to report the shirt looks good as new after a couple of washes.
Ordering was straightforward. Website is nice and easy to navigate. Sizing ranges from M-XXL and due to the smaller fitting is suitable for women and children too. The sm retro team certainly understand consumer demand where football shirts are concerned, and remake the more simplistic shirts or the 70s and 80s before kit design became gaudy and over complicated.
If there are any criticism, I would like the delivery time to be faster but understand they are doing their best. Just be patient. I would recommend sm retro to anyone looking high quality retro shirts.

I placed an order in December, it hasn't arrived but been dispatched.
I asked for an update and apparently it is delayed in customs who say it's in a drugs check for cannabis and they can't get it
The company have finally refunded the order, and asked that this review is removed. I have amended the review but will not remove it, as others should be warned about the service.

Wonderful product and communication. Shipping could be faster but the company is up front about this and it’s all explained on the website. I have bought retro shirts from various websites and the quality of the one I bought from SM Retro surpasses all of them. Extremely well-make and very beautiful.

smretro.com is a very attractive website, not only due to the wonderful shirts on offer but also due the simplistic design and clear layout. After a couple of days window shopping, I was ready to place my order and this was very straightforward.
Between ordering and receiving I was contacted by SM retro to inform me of tracking information and when I could expect delivery. Although it's not the fastest this is not their fault and they are upfront about delivery times. All in all, it took 7 weeks from ordering to receive the shirt and I was very satisfied when I opened the parcel. The shirt was everything I expected and gave me a warm feeling of nostalgia. Football was so much better back in the day and being able to buy this shirt from my youth has made me so happy.
This will last for years to come. The fabric is good quality and the badges and logos sewn in, so they won't peel off or fade. Do pay attention to the size guides on the website so you order the right size - these are smaller fitting.
This is a special business and may it go from strength to strength. You certainly get your money's worth.

This site was recommeded to me by a friend, and I am glad he did so. Very good retro shop, impressed with the standard of product and customer service.The products are ordered in a logical way and the menu system is easy to navigate. All the typlical questions are answered in an FAQ page so it is very useful. Anything not covered on their website was answered promptly by Jane and put my mind to rest. I found placing an order very straightforward. They accept credit or debit cards so anyone should be able to order. Delivery time is not fast but it is tracked and worth the wait. Very impressive.

I’ve been looking for a retro football shirt like this for years, and I finally found it on this site. It fits perfectly, feels great, and brings back awesome memories!

I placed an order for a shirt in late September and 14 weeks later it has not arrived and it looks like it never will. I have reached out to customer service close to ten times and every time they tell me to check my tracking number in a few days. But at no point has there been any information about the package.

Customer service keeps telling me they're doing everything they can, but at no point have I been offered an explanation, a refund, or a replacement shirt (in case the shirt was actually sent and was lost somewhere along the way).

So, unless the shirt suddenly miraculously shows up I would recommend never ordering from this site as I currently feel cheated out of my money and completely mislead by customer service.

Update: I finally receive my shirt on January 16th (almost four months after I had placed my order), but not before an additional €25 had been added at customs.

If I'm being fair I was offered both a partial and full refund for the shirt, because of the delay. But as the refund was contingient on the removal of this review I opted not to accept it seeing as it is the only reason they actually started paying attention to my missing order in the first place.

Placing the order was straightforward on their well-designed clutter-free website. The only issue was deciding which shirt to order - the variety on offer is mesmerising! Opted for one size up and am glad I did - it fits perfectly. Suffice to say, the standard of this reproduction is exquisite. Understand that delivery takes a while but this is explained on their website so is not an issue. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Received this shirt after a bit of a wait but am very happy. These shirts are absolute steal at the price and the quality is such that they will last for many years to come. Top notch.
