Avoid this cowboy outfit at all costs. I order two shirts from them in April 2025. I patiently waited for delivery like they said, that is part of the deal. Fast forward to November 2025, 7 months later, there is still no sign of the shirts. This time the item has supposedly made it to the UK but was returned to Thailand by Royal Mail - who knows though, anything could have been in that package that was returned.

They have offered non credible excuse after non credible excuse, and refuse to acknowledge my fair requests for a refund, after 7 months of no goods.

Avoid these guys - they will take your money, give you no shirts, and continuously fob you off. If I could give minus stars I would.

I have been after a Liverpool 1979-81 3rd Shirt. This was worth the wait. When it arrived it was good quality and a great fit. Definitely recommend the company.

Although not immediate despatch well worth the wait a quality representation of the 1978 Everton FC home shirt. RECOMMENDED but be patient

It took a post on trust pilot to get my shirt. For MONTHS nothing , then within 2 weeks of a post here it arrives. I have amended the post as I said I would if my shirt arrived.
The shirt quality is not great, not horrendous but not great. Loose stitching and the material is very heavy. I wouldn't purchase again due to terrible customer service and poor quality shirt.
The company told it my item was dispatched twice but the tracking did not support thier statement so I accused them of lying! It was at this point my item was posted and arrived a few weeks later.
On reflection I shouldn't have amended my original post.

They were flexible to change delivery address.
A little bit slow with their responses.
Excellent product.
Will use again.

Having ordered my item in July, I was supposed to wait until September for it being delivered. Unfortunately the tracking number I was sent either did not work or the Thai post webpage would not load so I had no way of knowing where my item was. In mid September I emailed smretro who got back to me within 5 days saying they would look into this for me. They emailed again with a revised delivery date. Apparently there was a hold up in the Thai post. Although tracking still did not work my item finally arrived on 16th October. It was a very good quality shirt, which I was really pleased with. Overall if the postage issue could be dealt with, I would have given this company more stars.

Quality is brilliant, took 10 weeks to arrive but was prepared to wait that long after reading the shipping information. Would recommend

I bought a Liverpool T-shirt on the 31st August and I am yet to receive it. I have contacted them and they are saying Thai post is the problem. Every time I go onto tracking it keeps saying it will update at the end of every month and until then there is no tracking. This item was bought for a 60th birthday in September and was unable to give the item to them. Poor communication with the company. Please be very careful buying off this company as you may never receive the item!!! I’m now taking it further with my bank to receive a refund!!

So, having received my shirts this week, I can wholeheartedly say you will get a quality shirt made of robust materials and as near the original article as can be remembered 42 years ago ..! The stitching is of fantastic quality and if you love embroidered logos over transfers, then you are going to be a happy bunny. Lead time is a challenge though as the shipments can get held up - but - when it moves it moves. I got the tracking update Friday 26th Sep and the package arrived via Royal Mail by Wed 1st Oct. Pretty good I thought.

Delivery time was good. This particular Crystal Palace shirt is rare to find, is of very high quality and my experience in dealing with the company is exceptional.

I ordered a Liverpool Top over 3months ago size XL then after a number of emails Stating my concerns at not receiving my top I finally got an email to say that the tracking showed that my order was delivered to my address ( It Wasn’t Delivered ) this Email was followed up literally minutes later with another telling me to ignore the last email and that my order would be delivered in 5 working days so 8 days later I received a top which looked good except it was the wrong size this was a Large i ordered XL then I looked at the badge it was all out of shape again I emailed SM Retro I sent photos of the top only to be told it didnt come from there factory they said it wasn’t their product so they sent me a top which I didn’t get and in the process someone must have switched the top for a cheap Chinese version there words not mine I asked them to send another top for their factory along with a letter of proof guess what no luck I’ve be scammed this is the only delivery that I got on the 1st of September you asked me to take the photos and send them to you so you could show to your factory manager suddenly there is talk of another top I will not be using your site again just keep my money you must need it

Quality& detail of the top is excellent quality and also being informed on delivery

Delivery took some time but very satisfied with the quality of the purchase.

I placed an order in early April, but the tracking information was faulty. I contacted the merchant in May, and they did nothing to resolve the issue. After repeatedly asking for a refund, my requests were ignored. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Update (31/08/25): Initially, the tracking page displayed “no data,” and now it won’t even load. The merchant claims I didn’t give them a chance to respond, but I’ve sent numerous emails over the past five months that were consistently ignored. Weeks ago, they promised a refund within 3–4 business days—nothing happened, and communication has been nonexistent. Their failure to follow through left me no choice but to post this review.

Update (04/09/25): I finally received my refund, but only after the merchant suggested I delete this review (I have screenshots), which I refused. This entire ordeal was stressful, disorganized, and showed shockingly poor communication. I had to escalate just to get what I was legally entitled to. The way they handled this made me question their honesty and trustworthiness. I cannot recommend them.

Item is absolutely first class.
Non UK item,so waited.......but I can assure you it's worth the wait!

The Shirt is exceptional and the level of detailing, quality as well as the authenticity are spot on. Just like when the away shirt was originally bought for me back in 1978!

Took so long to arrive I had moved house before it was delivered.

The Sunderland shirt is top quality. Emails were responded to in a friendly and very efficient manner. Delivery time was as described. Altogether very happy.

I would be very cautious about using this company, it does seem reading other reviews to be a bit of a lottery to whether you receive anything. I myself appear to be one of the unlucky ones having placed an order at the start of February, thinking I would have the shirt to wear for spring and summer. To this day I still have not received anything despite emailing the company on a number of occasions. I got various excuses including public holidays and customs problems as answers and no reply at all to my last email. I don't hold any hope of getting what I ordered or any refund.
