My husband and I recently returned from our trip to "Rome to Milan" and it was wonderful!! We took in 5 different regions of Italy in 10 days and did not feel rushed. Jack and Kate took extra good care of us along the way. Any problem we may have had was immediately resolved so we could relax and enjoy our holiday. The hotels were top notch and excellent service by all.

They also have an amazing travel support team and app that makes navigating Europe an absolute easy experience. This way you can focus on the trip.

Everything SmoothRed booked for us went flawlessly, and all of their recommendations were spot on. The app worked very smoothly, and we loved every hotel and tour guide they chose for us. Even when weather got in the way and our hot air balloon ride was canceled, the agents immediately stepped in and booked us with a wonderful Michelin star restaurant with a gorgeous tasting menu. I only wish they booked tours in more countries because I would use them for everything from now on! Their recommendations were more accurate than reviews or blogs - they really and truly know what they are talking about and they must individually vet every driver or tour guide because they were all lovely and extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond all of our expectations. Our group is already talking about picking our next vacation destination based on where we can have SmoothRed plan everything for us! Our group of 4 recently returned from a 2 week adventure in France. This was our first experience with SmoothRed, but it certainly won't be the last! From our initial conversation to the final details, the team did a great job of focusing on our vision. Magda and Andreea were easy to reach and were very responsive to our requests. We visited 4 cities and all of our hotels, experiences, connections and drivers were excellent. Their attention to detail is outstanding and appreciated. I spent two weeks in France with a dear friend of mine and the experience was fabulous. SmoothRed set us up with a great experience in Avignon, a personal tour, and a personal sommelier for a tour of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. We were also able to get a small group tour of Champagne, and a cooking class in Paris. Everything was excellent and their app is unbelievably amazing.

I have been to Europe many times in my lifetimes on both business and pleasure excursions, planned by many different companies and organizations. Smooth Red stands out as a travel planner and - more importantly - as a support system while on the trip. Our support person -Eugenia Ciuro - is very easily one of the best in the business and her commitment to our comfort and enjoyment completely changed what could have been a disappointing trip into a fabulous one. The whole team at Smooth Red are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I had a five-star trip because of Smooth Red. Although, we knew where we wanted to go navigating on our own would have been very difficult as the trains to the areas we wanted to go were not so simple. They had all the transfers ready for us. Everything was seamless. The drivers were great and on time. We had some private tours in Aix en provence with Corinne who was amazing. Our guide in Burgundy was fantastic. We enjoyed our time with them and they took us to wineries that were off the beaten path. Corinne was great because she listened to us and gave us a few options when we went to the Luberon Village. She is clearly a historian so she shared a lot of information. All guides were friendly, knowledgeable and made the trip what it was. Smooth Red made our reservations. Phoebe and her team did a magnificent job planning our trip. Everything was perfectly planned and executed. All of our drivers were on time. Each excursion was five star and the hotel stays were lovely.

I went to Bordeaux with SmoothRed for my 50th (2016) so arranged with them to go to Puglia in May 2026 for my 60th. SmoothRed have developed so much since 2016 and now have an amazing App! From the moment I contacted them in 2025, planning what I wanted in our excursions (8 women) with all the options given for me to choose, Carola at SmoothRed provided. From our arrival in beautiful Puglia to our leaving 5 days later, the hotel, food, wine tastings, olive oil, the knowledge of our guides whether in town or on a boat trip, their sense of humour working for us with warmth and passion in this beautiful part of Italy, whilst allowing us to be comfortable to enjoy every moment of laughter, hilarity and being serious now and again. What a magical experience we had. SmoothRed also told each restaurant I chose beforehand, that I was celebrating my birthday so, unbeknown to me, I received surprise cakes / desserts every night! SmoothRed really can't have provided anything more for my whole group, I'll be back in touch for my 70th!

SmoothRed planned a trip for myself and my elderly mother to Paris and Tours. There were extra factors to consider throughout the week, such as wheelchair access and limiting walking. Everything went so smoothly! Our drivers were always on time, our guides were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

SmoothRed put together a 17 day trip for us. They did a fantastic job. Every aspect of the trip was thought through. Hotels in the perfect locations and transportation that worked really well. Well thought out excursions with excellent guides. They really thought of everything and included our input as the trip was created. Will use them again.

The ease with which we were able to travel from one place to another was very important to us. Everything was well planned out ahead of time, eliminating a lot of undue stress. Our hotel arrangements were excellent and we were always greeted by a friendly staff. It was also comforting to know that we could reach a Smooth Red staff member in an emergency if we needed to. The app we were given provided us with all the necessary and helpful information that we needed for the entire trip. We will certainly make future travel arrangements with them.

This was our third trip with SmoothRed and we continue to be impressed by the quality of the itinerary and the local guides and operators. On this trip we explored the Loire Valley with chateau visits, three days of winery visits and touring. It's so nice when the plan exceeds your expectations. From the moment we set out, the itinerary unfolded seamlessly.
Antarctica, of course, was beyond anything we could have imagined. The expedition team’s expertise, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made every landing and Zodiac excursion feel both safe and thrilling. Standing amid vast ice fields, watching penguin colonies bustling with life, and cruising past monumental icebergs were experiences that will stay with us forever. The ship itself was exceptionally comfortable, and the crew created an atmosphere that was warm, welcoming, and impeccably well organised.

In Patagonia, the combination of dramatic landscapes, knowledgeable guides, and superbly chosen lodge gave us a deep appreciation for the region’s wild beauty. Whether we were hiking among towering granite peaks, watching condors circle above the steppe, or simply enjoying a quiet moment by a glacier-fed lake, each day offered something unforgettable.

In short, “holiday of a lifetime” is the perfect expression of our remarkable adventure. Thank you for shaping a journey that not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. We returned home with hearts full, minds enriched, and memories that will last a lifetime
