Barry was able to help us determine the best look for our room. She brought fabric samples and was able to guide us with the best color + texture choices for bedroom curtains. Professional, very knowledge about S&N products and helped out with promo code.

Samples arrived quickly. I used Smith and Noble for the window treatments in our last buuild and they were beautiful. They held up well! Now to decide for our new build!

Had a set of shades where the cordless mechanism stopped working. Covered by warranty and received replacement in timely manner.

Bought over $5000 of blinds and shutters through Smith & Noble. Started off well with an in-home measurement appointment within a week by a knowledgable staffer. But after that it's been horrible. They charge you the full cost upfront(including installation fees) even though blinds are at least 3 months out. You never hear from the account rep again. Then when the blinds or shutters do show up you get no confirmation email or follow-up on how to book installation. Finally, after searching through their site and old emails, and emailing the rep, you get an installation appointment link only to find out the independent installers are booked out at least a month. So, yeah go with these guys if you have 6 months to await your blinds installation and like to badger the company you paid $$$ to actually get the services you paid for. Please, S&O spend some money hiring logistics and customer service personnel to make things less painful for the customer.

This was my first time ordering custom drapes and valances online. The process went very smoothly from my video appt with Jessica Bly to placing the order and receiving my items earlier than expected. Jessica was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable about the products. I am extremely happy with the items I received and they are even better than I expected! This will not be the last time I use Smith & Noble!

Nadine Lindley couldn't have been any more helpful. Smart, helpful, kind and totally efficient. She was not in the least patronizing in answering questions. Even the complicated issues, she handled expertly and looked up an order I placed 12 years ago to help us along. I second others who praise the--all-too-rare these days--superb customer service.

Length of shades sent is incorrect.
Although I carefully measured and sent the correct widths and lengths, all three of my roman shades are a half inch shorter than the length I sent.
And it looks that way when the shades are down.
So while fabric and quality are fine, I'm left with too short shades.

Had the pleasure of working with Kim Demazeliere selecting shades and blind. She was knowledgeable and helpful with my selection. The products are all that I expected them to be. Look good and are of excellent quality. They come highly recommended

Thanks to Shea R. for all her help. She was a pleasure to work with and helped get a tricky order completed perfectly.

Product was great however, the directions supplied did not pertain to the product I purchased. It wasn't too complicated but enough to be annoying. Instead of supplying proper directions I was told I could have a technician come out for a charge. Felt a bit like a scam. Other then that the product was as expected. Fit nicely and looks great.

From the free samples to the knowledgeable Dona Grimm consultant, Smith & Noble provided me what I needed so I could design, measure, and place my order. Without Dona I don’t think I could have made the best choices for the order online, who guided me through all the decisions and took all the expert measurements. She took care of all the paperwork in the same visit. I am looking forward to receiving them soon.

The blinds look beautiful, were easy to install and were exactly what we ordered.

Tammie was a great help in coming up with designs for my window treatments. Her creativity came up with a solution I would never have found on my own.

Items arrived well packed with no damage. Everything exactly as ordered. Put the three blinds up over the weekend, went smoothly with no issues.

My balances were beautiful and a perfect fit!
