I would like to say, everything would be better if more people were like you.
I am expressing my sincere thanks to all of them.

Very helpfull kept informed through out the sale and I would recommend you to other sellers. On the whole very satisfied.

We had a good experience, the girls were friendly and helpful. Our house sold quickly but we were in a chain of about 6, so we felt we weren't getting anywhere quickly. In all it took us about 5 months from start to finish.

Smith and Friends were super helpful with the stress of buying my first home. They were always available to answer questions, chase questions, and keep me up to date with everything. Lindsey was especially helpful as my contact throughout and I would have been much more stressed without her! Highly recommend.

It took a while for the move to be completed but that was down to the solicitors. Everything worked out well in the end, we're now settled in.

We did not receive any information regarding the cental heating. We should have had details and guaretees. To date the boiler keeps shutting down a 2 out of 5 radiators don't work. Also the sign is still stuck in our garden. Also where are the rewiring certificates.

We bought our house through Smith and Friends, the staff were amazing, really good communication throughout and were always happy to answer our questions

Everyone concerned in my engagement were professional, helpful and timely in everything they worked on. As I was working from overseas this was vitally important and made everything easy for me

Smith and friends sold our house, always professional and generally good. conveyancing was very slow and at times frustrating legally, but Andrea really pushed and tried in a very courteous professional manner. So my personal experience was slow and could have been better from a legal perspective but the other side should have been more proactive. Would recommend the agents regardless of this experience as my situation made the need for sale to be quick - there was no chain but still took 5 months so I was frustrated by the end but generally pleased with their overall services.

Lack of communication / answers. Damage on my fathers property which no one would take responsibility for, was just 'shrugged off'.

They are absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, always answers any questions I had. They are very professional

Were estate agents for our purchase. They kept us up to date on progress and delays and were always friendly and helpful if we needed to ring. Did not just let things flow, were proactive in chasing others in chain.

Smith & Friends Estate Agents were excellent. The sale of our house and purchase of our new home went really well. The team are very professional, they helped the process by keeping in contact with solicitors and moving things forward when needed.
Big thank you to Mark, Ranj and Andrea

Great experience dealing with Smith and Friends, they smoothed things out when my solicitor was being uncommunicative

Helpful, polite friendly and most of all Informativ

Thoroughly professional and at the same time friendly and helpful.

Very efficient and responsive. Always someone available to talk to

You guy's were really helpful, unfortunately the so-called surveyers were worse than useless. The property needs thousands spent on it to even make it habitable. Don't let them detract from the fact how nice and pleasant all your staff were.

Lovely and friendly team. Simple and straightforward process. Good communication.
