Enough at the Middlesbrough branch. Nikki was amazing and was thorough and always made time for calls in the application process.

We used the Hartlepool branch to sell our home and they've been great! This is the first time we sold a house and we needed help to navigate the process. The whole team (Craig, Rachael, Nicola, Steph, Joanne - everyone we dealt with) have been professional and supportive. They have also been honest and reassuring when needed. Highly recommend.

I moved from Birmingham to Hartlepool. We bought a house through Smith and Frinds in Hartlepool. I was really concerned about being so far away through the process and not being able to liase in person, however i need not have worried. I was kept inormed every step of the way, first by Joanne and then as things progressed, by Rachel. All of my questions and queries were answered and things ran very smoothly for us. I recently worked with Manj and his team for a house purchase. I cannot recommend this agency enough! Manj was considerate and kept me updated promptly, working on my behalf to ensure a smooth transaction. No question was too trivial for him to answer and as a first time buyer, this kind of help was invaluable - he really is a credit to the agency. I also briefly dealt with Rachel at a stressful time in the transaction, who was incredibly kind and helpful - she made the entire situation much easier to navigate. I cannot recommend the team highly enough, they are hard working and actually make you feel as if they have the best interests of the buyer in mind - which is rare to find. Thank you so much.
