I paid for 2 consultations about composite bonding and they tried to make me pay for a third one and I never got the treatment I was seeking. They're all mercenaries that only care about their bottom line.

Filling fell out after just a year
I had filling done at Smilepod Jubilee Place and after a year it fell out. Called the dentistry hoping to get a discount but they refused and said I need pay the full price again (examination and filling) explaining that it happened because I was grinding my teeth. I have never been told this by any other dentist and have some feelings which are in place for more than 20 years. Very disappointed and would not recommend going there for anything more than check up or cleaning.

If you no longer wish to receive reminders for check-ups or cleanings, please contact us at reception@smilepod.co.uk, and we can block any future notifications for you.
As a dental practice, part of our duty of care includes sending reminders to ensure our patients maintain their dental health. However, I fully respect your wishes and will ensure you are no longer contacted if that’s your preference.
Please also note that we have a legal responsibility to keep patient records for a minimum of 11 years after the last appointment, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Helpful staff, professional service
Best experiences I've had at Smilepod Soho for all my dental treatments. Everyone is so professional and helpful and I didn't just feel like a random patient. Their online booking system is also very impressive now since I can easily book online or make secured payments.
I've recommended them to my friends and been offered a £20 credit for every new patient brought in.

I was referred to Smile Pod Holborn by…
I was referred to Smile Pod Holborn by Angi Toth for a dental check up with Anna María.
I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who made me feel very comfortable then I was introduced to Anna Maria who was very gentle, through and informative.
I left the practice fully up to speed on what the next steps were to get my oral hygiene and teeth back on track, great service and great people. Thank you again Angi for the recommendation, I have told my family and friends about Smile Pod and they will be booking appointments soon. 😊

I have been visiting Smilepod for a number of years and I definitely recommend their Canary Wharf branch. I see Dr Carolina Rinaldi and she is wonderful. I know that she will take the very best care of my smile. Definitely recommend.

Hygienist appointment Soho
I had a hygienist appointment with Raina today in Soho and she was brilliant. The result was great and so was the level of service. I understand how hard it must be continuing to work during these strange time’s, and I found her high spirits and professionalism made the whole experience a very positive one :)

Referral... mission impossibile
I was pretty happy with the dentists and their service, until I needed a referral to do a surgical extraction. I was sent for X-ray with “don’t worry you can do the extraction where you like”. It is one week and after 3 calls and 2 visits to the studio, I still didn’t get an open referral... but they were ok to book me in right away to do it. Extremely unprofessional and money grabbing....
