Do not expect your order to arrive.
I'm incredibly frustrated. I ordered items to complete a clients order on May 19th. I ordered from Smilemakers rather than direct from my source in China because I needed them for mid June and I thought I'd be safer ordering from a company in the US that had them in stock. I emailed in the 22nd to check on my order and was told it would ship on the 26th. I followed up on the 29th as I still hadn't received a tracking number. I received a reply on May 31st being told the items were out of stock. Had I ordered from China on May 19th (when I originally placed the order with Smilemakers) what I needed would have arrived just in time.
Instead, Smilemakers waited 2 weeks to let me know the ktems weren't available. Why not tell me when I ordered on the 19th or the first time I contacted them on the 22nd??? I understand items being out of stock, I don't understand the 2 week delay in letting me know after I checked on the order MULTIPLE times.
This is not acceptable.
