Everything about Smile is professional and authentic. Dentist was skilled and got stuff done effectively. Reward system is sweet. What I saved on my crown covered my 2 year fee. Highly recommend Smile.

Very easy to work, great incentives, MASSIVE savings and I love that it’s not a “gap” system, the fact that the saving is immediately deducted makes it seem like a bigger, better saving. I have referred two people already. Big fan!

Smiles is easy, good choice of dentists and good savings. Love not having to pay full price on dental and have the whole family covered. Easy to upload invoices to check what you saved on and how much. Have never had to login on a browser as its all done from the app!

I bought a 2 year subscription, on special then downloaded the app - I was asking questions in the live chat and I felt that the consultant was rude. Also, later researching dentists under their provider lists, I found one - I am after major dental work - crowns. Smiles says that in Qld, the charge is >$2000 on average, but their dentists charge 1650. However, I went to the website of one of their preferred dentists & the starting price (with no mention of smiles cards) is $1650 so why am I paying for a subscription/card when there is no discount meaning at that dentist even without their smiles card, my crown starts at 1650 so their comparsion tables are not completely accurate. There is also a problem if you have a health fund because your health fund may not for example offer 2 yearly free check up & cleans at the smile approved dentists. I found no benefits for me so within 24 hours of signing up, I am not satisfied one bit & have put in yesterday a request to be refunded. At this point in time, I have just received an automated reply. My advice is do your research first, check what dentists are charging, then if they are charging what smiles.com.au states, which I found to be wrong, then by all means purchase. Again though, it may not suit if you also have a health fund. I originally wrote a review but have had to revise this. If I could give zero I would. I have sent many emails to this company asking for a refund because under their 100% satisfaction guarantee, I am not, and found no savings. I have not used the card. Despite my many emails, and a zendesk ticket, this company is yet to respond and I have had to go to my bank to open a dispute. That is disgraceful.

Recommend by a friend today being the same day as my dentist appointment. Ended up reducing ghe price from 1500 to 998, huge saving.
Looking forward to my next appointment knowing treatments are cheaper!

Great attention, easy to use

Can not recommend getting Smile insurance more highly. It is more than reasonably priced (quickly recovered via savings) and the fact you can use it in combination with your exisiting private health insurance: no brainer!
