Smile Hub, London Anmeldelser

Woeful communication and customer service when on Practice Plan. Smile Hub has had more than a full years' payment from me, but are now refusing to deliver more than half of the services that I have already paid for.

I complained in the surgery and was assured that the Practice owner would follow up with me directly. To date I have heard nothing.

The dental treatment I have actually received has been very good, but the approach by management to dealing with my complaint is so poor that I would give them zero stars if I could.

It’s been an amazing experience, the results have been fantastic. Dr Cath is very warm and puts her clients at the heart of what she does. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I am really pleased with the expertise of the hygienist at SmileHub (Spitalfields). I can honestly I have been given the best treatment I have ever had. Treatment not complete but I am confident that with the continued care of the hygenist I can get back to how I was before.

Fantastic service, extremely professional and clean, a highly recommended dentist!

Hena and her team have provided me with excellent service. Her manner and kind, courteous way really relaxed me.
Similarly, the reception staff are always very polite, discreet and helpful. I would highly recommend Smile Hub.

Really nice practice that provides a high standard of care, is friendly and well-situated.

Have had 2x appointments at Spitalfields Smile Hub, w Dr. Hena. Very positive experience, with knowledgable, helpful and friendly staff.

Dr. Hena is very honest and helpful whilst going through further processes and possibilities.

Was recommended to go and would now recommend it further, if looking for an Invisalign treatment.

Always a friendly and helpful team at Smile Hub

Friendly & thorough service, keeping me at ease through the whole process. Great communication and tips to improve tooth & gum hygiene in future too.

Although it was pricy, Dr Laura Fee saved my teeth! I am so thankful for the work she does and i am delighted that i didn’t loose any of my teeth. She is kind and will get straight to work no matter the circumstances.

Friendly dentist and assistant, very clear explanation of what was to be done

A real sense that the very attentive staff care about you, from checking out teeth and gums at the outset, always making sure that you are OK during procedures, asking what type of music you would like to hear etc. They use state of the art technology allied with real experts, and the final product is great.

Fantastic job, very nice people

Professional and kind staff!

I was made to feel very relaxed as I was quite nervous. Everything was explained to me step by step. Lovely welcoming clinic. Thank you.

Have been a very satisfied client for some years - the combined dentist/hygienist booking was seamless and Catherine/Emma are a class act: particularly good at explaining the findings in clear lay terms.

The Team at SH were professional and warm. The facilities are modern and clean. After a hiatus from the dentist, I needed some minor work done. Dr Cath was incredible, keeping my mind at rest and educating me through the entire process.

Always on time, professional and great. This is my go-to dental clinic and I definitely recommend it.

Excellent clinic. Dr Catherine was very attentive and provided excellent care. Teeth whitening treatment worked great, w the results I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.
