Invisalign at Smile Hub
Hena at Smile Hub was fantastic. She helped me through every stage of the Invisalign process and was there for me whenever I had any questions (and I had quite a few!). I couldn't recommend Hena highly enough! 😀

Professional care from Dr Hena
I underwent the Invisalign treatment with Dr Hena. She was very supportive, communicating clearly and professionally at the various stages. She demonstrates great care, and is concerned primarily with my treatment and how to get the optimal result. I am very happy with the final outcome and look forward to seeing her at my next catch up.

Fine service did feel a bit judgey and cash grabby
It’s fine enough and the hygenist did a good job HOWEVER it feels quite pushy and cash grabby. Each time it would be more treatments are needed and it is NOT cheap. I’ve gone to a more local dentist now who has not pushed me into more expensive treatment so I’d be a bit wary off this if you are then great as you can get appointments relatively quick if you have a flexible work situation.

Regarding our Hygiene treatment, we provide EMS Airflow Hygiene with Guided Biofilm removal. Biofilm are the bacterial deposits that stick to your teeth. If a patient attends for an appointment with a lot of visible plaque they are advised that it would require more than one visit to properly clean their teeth and educate them on what they can be doing at home to better maintain this. At the first hygiene appointment, a score for both plaque and inflammation is recorded and if it's high i.e more than 20-30% of their teeth are covered in plaque and there are high levels of inflammation then the need for more than one visit is confirmed by the Hygienist.
We use this system to try to help our patients improve not only their oral health but their general health as well. Chronically bleeding gums can increase your risk of heart disease and other general health problems.
Ideally we aim for less than 20% plaque and less then 10% your gums being inflamed to help minimise risks to your oral and general health.
Improving health is a process and in the treatment of gum disease we can not always reverse any damage or affects in one visit. Leaving someone with high plaque and bleeding scores another six months until their next appointment has done little to change their oral health profile and risk.
We consider this approach to be health focused and I apologise if it was not communicated in that way.

Outstanding Dental Care from a Fantastic Team
I’ve been seeing Kush for my dental check-ups and treatments for several years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. He has completely transformed and maintained the health and appearance of my teeth over time. Kush is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very personable—always taking the time to explain things clearly and make me feel at ease.
Recently, I had a hygienist appointment with Judy and Rosa, and the experience was just as positive. They were thorough and professional, but also made the visit genuinely pleasant. What stood out was that they didn’t just perform the service—they went above and beyond to give me practical advice on how to maintain my oral health at home. Both were super friendly and made the whole experience feel more like a collaboration than a routine procedure.
