Keeping Track of the Bumpers
I train working dogs to run in AKC Hunt Tests. Having 2 different colors of bumpers (blue and green) makes keeping track of the number and color of bumpers at each of the blinds in order and accounted for.

Exceptional customer service
Ordered the heated water hose back in December for my RV and used it without fail until two weekends ago. Dropped the hose will putting it back in the RV and literally broke the fitting off the hose. Emailed customer service describing the situation, along with a photo of the broken hose and SmartTech had a replacement hose in route to me before I even got the damaged one returned. Really appreciate the great customer service and standing behind their product.
Highly recommend.

Heated hose and fittings-excellent
Well made, high quality.
My first hose had a small leak. I called, spoke to the owner, and next thing you know we had a return label and a new hose on the way.
The new hose is perfect.
The product is great. The customer service is fantastic.
